Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was appreciated! Great stay!

The shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes my feet were in inches of smelly water. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10 and I went down 10 minutes ahead of time to grab a few things. It was already being cleaned up and there was hardly anything left and what was left was gross. I normally stay at Hampton Inns because they are nicer, but this is not.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean. Love the breakfast buffet which is included with your room.

Very convenient to the part of the villages we were visiting. Staff was very accommodating to several changes we had to make in our stay-- extending and then shortening.

Our room had bed bugs. When I asked to switch rooms the person behind the desk at first wanted to move us to an empty room right next to our old one, which is not what you should do in the case of bed bugs (you should move someone to a room far away). The person also downplayed bed bugs as a problem and never apologized on behalf of the hotel. Another person behind the desk the next morning didn't apologize either. And when I left they still charged me for peanuts.

I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. We do not hesitate to investigate any possible sign of bed bugs. We call in an independently operated pest control company. We liked the location. My wife has a sister that lives in the Villages that we were visiting. We also liked that you allowed pets. The only thing we didn’t like were your towels; they were very coarse.

The room smelled bad. There was hair in the shower. You need a bench to sit on for the smokers.
Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was good.

Normally Hampton Inn is the perfect go to hotel. However this one does not compare. The location is remote and there are very limited staff. There's one worker for check-in and another worker does the breakfast alone. I never saw any other staff except for the cleaning. The room is actually clean and nice. They assigned me room 205 which is directly across from the elevator. It is a terrible location. After hearing the elevator all evening I think I finally fell asleep around 1:30 a.m.. I probably should have requested a room change but I was already checked in the room. The next morning when I checked out I asked about requesting a room away from the elevator and the front desk person basically told me I had booked through a third party. The way she said it though made me feel like they didn't respect customers that book through Expedia. It is almost compelling to believe they assigned me that room, knowing it was one of the worst rooms. She then tried to get me to join Hilton honors and insisted but I declined. Also the breakfast was extremely limited and I was disappointed in the coffee as well. I know it's the little things but they added up and I would not stay at this location again.

Location is great - very close to my friends in The Villages. Property is newly renovated. Jaime, the young lady at the front desk who checked me in was most welcoming and professional.
