Fire alarm went off twice loudly with a flashing light at night, the front desk was flip-it with a response. Zero sense of urgency, stay at your own risk ! Customer non-existent . Also people in the hall and elevator area yelling and cursing. Pool could not be used because people smoking drugs and jumping back and forth over the gate whom probably did not have room key card I'm assuming. And many flies inside front desk area and eating area.

Pleasantly surprised

Honestly we weren't sure what to expect whenever we booked this hotel considering its location and outward appearance. We figured it would be mediocre at best. However, upon checking in and going to our room we found it very comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night because the rest of our reservation was at another hotel. Now upon reflection we would have stayed at the Sleep Inn for the full time over the other Hotel. The room came with basic furnishings, including a small coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge. It had a small stand in shower, and a little sink for the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the comforters were soft. They did have a pretty good assortment for breakfast as well.

Dated but clean and friendly.

Room was clean and the personnel was very helpful during our stay. Breakfast area crowded and small with the fare limited and no variation. Each morning the exact same thing. Hotel has been renovated in the past, but limited in scope and is showing its age.. The area is lower class with some unsavory characters hanging around at times. About 30 miles from any of the Orlando attractions.

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Staff was nice but we reserved a King through Expedia and staff said it came through as 2 doubles on their end. Call ahead if you need a certain room type to make sure.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Will stay there again if I need to.
