Extremely rude hotel employees

I am travelling world-wide quite a lot for my company. I can certainly say that employees of this hotel are the worst in my entire hotel experience. I will describe one of the most unpleasant experiences.
day-2: at the breakfast, a hotel clerk (San***) came to me and didn't hide her bad mood. She told me "you cannot enter here!!!". She probably thought i am one of the Asian group tourists in their hotel (and maybe their stays dont include breakfasts). But, then she realized that I don't belong to the group and thus asked my room number. Of course, she didn't explain why she had to be so rude.
day-3: when i entered the hall for the breakfast, the same woman (Sand**) came (ran) to me with an even more annoyed mood than the day before. She literally yelled at me "NO! NO! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER HERE!!!! YOU CAN'T DRINK COFFEE HERE!!!". I asked her why she is treating a guest with such an attitude. She then realized that I maybe have a right to have my breakfast. Her bad mood didn't change even after that but my mood in that morning was completely ruined. I was asked by my business partners what happened to me. (it was obviously shown on my face all day long).
It is important to let the hotel owner know that the guests who are horribly treated like that can negatively influence on hotel's reputation. I certainly do not recommend this hotel. Especially for those who have a different skin color from them, you should think three times before booking this hotel.
