This is our 2nd time to stay at this apartment hotel. We like it because of the proximity to the university nearby & some restaurants & grocery stores, but it's only last night that we had difficulty entering our room that caused delay for 10-15mins.

The hotel is great but the only thing during summer they don’t have air conditioning other than that the place is great. 13min on the bus to the bullring and the San Fermin.

"Nice hotel in a nice spot. Staff were ok but very regimented. Breakfast at 8 do not show up 5 minutes earlier that sort of thing. Could have been a little bit more accommodating in this modern age."
