Very dirty and the towels and sheets were a disgrace, nothing worked and the bathroom was very unhygienic

The motel and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room needs a bit of an update, and the bathroom was smelly presumably through bad plumbing, which may not be the hotels fault.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Nice hotel close to the beach, Cleanliness could be better. Need to have some more breakfast Menus.

Great location but needs work, all rooms are key lock, all previous hotels I’ve stayed at in Bali have had card access, so once you put it in the slot the power comes on. The aircon was running at all times unless you turned it off so was not working properly and sometimes blowing out warmish air.. bathrooms need a makeover and smelled of mild when I first walked in. Also gaps in balcony sliding door so lots of ants get in. The bed was not the best either.. I had three pillows and they were all different sizes and the sheets had stains.. The tv was appalling.. the service I got from the frayed out arial was ridiculous.. Look I didn’t mind staying at this hotel, but I definitely think/ know there is much much better out there for this price

In additional to the current daily air purifying process that we are executing which includes special equipment that is especially for this purpose, we also have air purifier in-house for guests upon request Thank you.

location great, tired hotel but for the price good. rooms clean, shower good and beach within 10 mins. did not eat here rooftop pool good ground level pool to shaded and cold. would come back just for location.

Great hotel, near beach, shops and nightlife with

Had a lovely time. Well looked after by staff. Food and drink were good and no dearer than the rest of the resort.

Good location , cheap, room size good, bathroom stinks and was mouldy . Wouldn't stay again, stayed at much nicer 3star hotels nearby

The hotel is starting to get pretty old, its a shame as its in a perfect spot

Spacious rooms and excellent 24/7 room service. Very good location, near beach and many different types of shops and restaurants.
