Pros: Staff were very friendly and willing to help you with anything you asked. Staff were always happy and looked like they really enjoyed working there.
Cons: No smoking in the eating area.
Location: Close walk to Bascos and Krishnas. McDonalds close. Japanese BBQ restaurant close and food was good
The staff are very friendly and happy and the beds are very comfy. Rooms are very noisy you can hear the room next door and above. The pool was nice to swim in and clean but tiles are coming loose in the bottom of the pool and are a bit of a hazard. Breakfast is very basic. Down side is that guest smoke in the breakfast area there is not a designated smoking area. We seemed to be the only Australians to stay there. Ham or bacon is not on the menu here or in the area that we could find. Couldn't find markets near here to shop in. Bascos and Krishnas are a close walk away. Blue taxis close and easy to get. Make sure you have a picture of map at reception in your phone or directions to give taxi drivers if coming back from Kuta or Carrefour as we didn't find a driver that new the Hotel.

Nice room, not nice neighbours!

Hotel was fine, room was fine. The room next door doing God knows what I can only let my imaginagion roam. Perhaps tag team wrestling, connect four till four am, out of control monopoly, who knows? I barely slept and had a crap flight home 😉

Very good hotel but breach of privacy by staff

The room was clean, location was good as its near main road and Krisna shop and McD and i love the honeymoon towel and flower arrangement. However, I am so frustrated of the staff manners where they knock at our room during midnight (its 1am) and without further investigation breach our room just because some stranger told him that they are our friend and insist to get inside our room. The staff should have check properly before opening guest room for some stranger. I dont feel safe and private at all.

Good place

The room was nice and had a good shower. It's location is a bit out of the way although there are some places to eat fairly close by but walking to the beach ended up being further and more complicated then we thought it would be.

The hotel plus service was alright for the price but I would suggest that people be careful with their belongings around the area at night because the area is dark.

Nice hotel, a few small problems

The hotel was nice and clean, the location was ok but as a young English girl by myself, I got a lot of comments and heckling as I walked down the side street. May be better for groups of guys.
