    5/5 Excellent

It was a comfy stay with pool and friendly staff. Enough shower and toilet - also inside the room.

A VERY HONEST AND DETAILED REVIEW:

Checking-in: The staffs are not friendly. Although I appreciate the straight forwardness. I came alone, and the staffs doesn’t greet or smile at you, which is unusual since I’ve been in a lot of hostels to hotels. The friends of staffs constantly stairs at you, which made me really uncomfortable. The lobby & room: Mosquitoes will always accompany you. Insects are always there. I left this hotel with lots of insect bites, not only from mosquitoes. And yes, I used a mosquito repellent and patch. The room has a wide space, the bed is quite good. The restrooms stink and has a low water impact. The pool: I only chose this hotel because of the pool. But apparently, everytime I ask the staff if the pool is safe to swim or is it clean, they always tell me after two days it’s good to swim. I have stayed for a week and it was never ready. The public shower has no door, which makes no sense. Unless you want to get seen naked while showering. The location: It’s pretty good. There’s a restaurant, gym, billiard, salon, spa nearby. Kind of far from convenience store. When booking a go-jek or grab, it’s fast. Overall: I always notice the ambience of the hotel. This one is by far the worst. The staffs act like they are superior. One time I asked to use the shower in one of the rooms since there’s no door in their public shower, they said “NO” but after explaining what is obvious, they said “JUST DONT USE THE BED” which is unnecessary. Again, they don’t smile and greet you.

    4/5 Good

The actual rooms are pretty clean but the beds themselves are quite dingy. The sheets and pillowcases are stained and the walls are dirty. Food is not very tasty and I wish the location was closer to the central part of kuta but overall, ok place to stay on a budget.
