Location is the best thing about this hotel
As other reviews mention, customer service isn’t the greatest. The biggest problem is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The guest staying diagonally above us decided it was appropriate to play an instrument in their room at 9:30pm. Then just before midnight we were woken up to shouting and banging saying “Can you let me in” We thought this was the hotel trying to get into the room of a guest who had locked their door. The shouting then turned to “I’m in 310, can you get help” I went to reception to report this, and I caught some other guests who were tired of the noise and decided to leave, we didn’t have that option gone midnight. I went up to the floor with the staff, incase it was a medical incident and they needed assistance. Turns out the guest had just locked themselves out on the balcony smoking. We reported the disruption at check out in the morning. The room could do with some more thorough cleaning and maintenance. There was a storm so it was very windy. There was a broken vent in the window which made the room cold. The air con was locked to cold only, obviously other guests were cold too as it was set to 30c, but as it was set to cold it just made the room colder. There were also rubber bands and a previous guests hair tie on the floor. Hotel is in a really great location, seconds away from a really great Mall with lots of dining options. The bed was very comfortable, just wish we had more rest.

The views of the lake were great and generally the level of cleanness and facilities was great however the area next to the restaurant entrance from the street wasn’t the case .Also management didn’t seem to notice dirty cups and glasses left lying by the lift area.

De locatie was voor ons belangrijk om oudjaar te vieren met familie in de buurt. De mall naast het hotel is werkelijk fantastisch! Personeel vriendelijk, maar je merkt dat het vaak te druk wordt. Voor het inchecken hebben we maar liefst 40 min staan aanschuiven. In dit technologische tijdperk zou dit echt anders kunnen door een pre-check-in te doen. Kamers werden niet dagelijks gepoetst. Lift nog steeds defect, dit was de vorige keer ook zo. We vonden het hotel voor de rest prima. Beetje duur, dat wel. We komen zeker terug.. hopelijk zijn de minpuntjes dan opgelost.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende dort. Weil unser Zimmer nicht mehr frei war haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen mit Balkon. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Einrichtung könnte an einigen Stellen ausgebessert werden. Auf dem Teppich konnte man Flecken sehen und der Tisch wurde an der Umrandung mit Tesa geklebt was nicht gehalten hat. Fanden wir jetzt aber nicht weiter schlimm. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Dürfte eigentlich jeder was finden. Das andere Essen haben wir nicht genutzt. Kostenlose Parkplätze aufgrund des Einkaufszentrum welches direkt nebenan ist. Ein Kino ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Einkaufszentrum ist ein Jumbo und draussen nochmal ein Albert Heijn. Neben dem Albert Hejin gibt es eine Bar. Es ist direkt eine Bahnhaltestelle am Hotel, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. In ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man am Strand. Würde ich für so einen Wochenendtrip wieder buchen. :)

Greit hotell like ved det store kjøpesenteret. Rommet vårt hadde fin utsikt mot vannet, men terrassedør vinduet var knust og tapet på plass med gaffa teip. Døren kunne heller ikke låses igjen. Ga beskjed til hotellet, men fikk ikke byttet rom eller noen form form for kompensasjon

The room is nice but not worth 160€ a night but the location is perfect to travel to places by trams. I stayed there for 2 nights and needed to use Wi-Fi to work. But it barely worked so the staff told me to use at reception instead.

Wir hatten eines der renovierten Zimmer. Sehr schön und groß. Lage direkt neben der Mall of the Netherlands ist gut. Parkplatz kostenlos. Frühstück gut. Von außen ist das Hotelgebäude allerdings noch renovierungsbedürftig

De kamer die wij kregen was niet geheel schoongemaakt. We kregen wel een andere kamer, die rook gelijk frisser bij binnenkomst. De volgende dag kaartje opgehangen dat wij graag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken wilden, niemand gezien. Ontbijt was karig, geen 15 euro waard.

Het hotel ziet er aan de buitenkant lelijk uit, maar heeft wel een goede locatie naast het winkelcentrum en met gratis parkeerplekken voor de deur. De hotelkamer was mooi en schoon. Er lag een heel dun dekbed op het bed. Veel te koud, zeker voor in de winter. Er lag geen extra deken in de kast, maar de dame vd receptie kwam er snel een extra brengen. En die was zeker nodig die nacht. Treurig was het dat er voor ons beiden een handdoek was. En na het douchen met een natte handdoek afdrogen is geen luxe. Gemiste kans van Fletcher.

Hotel begint wel aan het opknappen. Was wel heel bang voor een oude afgetrapte kamer. Dat hebben wij en onze kinderen al mee gemaakt. Onze volwassen kinderen boeken al bij een hotel heel dicht in de buurt. Ook geen probleem maar jammer dat ze niet weer willen proberen Personeel niet allemaal even vriendelijk. Geeft je niet het welkoms gevoel
