Wonderful hotel and restaurant

We had a very comfortable stay and a great dinner and breakfast there. My husband and I were cycling through the Netherlands and used this hotel for it's convenience to Kinderdijk and the fabulous windmills.

Clean, neat, and quaint

Posted May 1, 2016 on CheapTickets
This hotel is a fairly basic operation, but has a clean simplicty that borders on being a model of classic European hotels as you might imagine one in the 1950s. Small room, tiny facilities, little bed, and thin walls. It actually was much nicer than it sounds-the staff was very nice, and the hotel itself was extremely charming. Not luxurious, but extremely clean and a nice place to stay.

Nice, value-for-money hotel off the beaten track

Sleepy little town but beautiful surroundings, comfy beds, did not hear any neighbors, ok breakfast, relatively good food in the restaurant.

Good value

Old hotel with fairly traditional decor which made it feel quaint. Great value given what we paid. Staff were disorganized but friendly. Food was great..

Nice hotel close to the windmills of Kinderdijk.

Good food in the hotel restaurant. Shame the pool was closed during a hot spell in April. Tea and coffee making facilities on the room would have been a big improvement.

Cycling trip with a sop in Lekkerkerk

The Witte Brug Hotel is older and the hotel has made some upgrades in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are spacious but modestly decorated. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Everyone enjoyed their meals and portion size were generous.
