“Great communication throughout. Perfect space for the family to stay and explore the KC area. A couple of small maintenance issues, but they were addressed promptly and only marginally impacted our stay.”

“Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t very comfortable. The place didn’t feel very clean — the shower was in poor condition, and my wife didn’t even feel comfortable using it the second day. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were very flat. Everything felt old, dusty, and not well-maintained, which really triggered our allergies.We were frustrated to pay a 150 cleaning fee when it was clear the property hadn’t been properly cleaned.
