Good Bargain

Very nice, well-equipped room for a decent price. Also, a good location.

OK hotel, one in Overland Park much better

Pros: Good Breakfast Quiet rooms
Cons: Clean those bedsheets! Change them properly!
Location: Close to city center of Missouri, within 30 mins.
Overall it was alright. Housekeeping was very courteous. We stayed 2 nights. On our first night, noticed one of the bedsheets had some sort of stain on it, kind of tan colored. Not sure what it was, but wasn't pleased to see unclean bedsheets. Also, the room was very small, even for the double beds we ordered. I have seen bigger rooms. The bathroom was pretty big. However, the bathtub was very high and you have to be careful stepping in and out of it, I stubbed my toe getting out, even though there was a sign before you step in, I forgot on my way out and almost tripped. I have stayed in La Quinta Inn in Overland Park and their rooms are bigger in size and much cleaner as well. Breakfast had decent options, was filling and pleasing.

Good stay for budgeted travel

The hotel staff was very nice, rooms are comfy. Good breakfast. Only thing I didn't like was the bath tub. It was old and looking ugly and dirty. It's been cleaned but the look was really ugly. I was not able to take a shower in such a nasty looking bath tub. The location of the hotel is very very good. It was close to mall and restaurants.

Convenient stop for us- will use this place again!

Pros: Location and convenience for sure.
Location: There is a mall nearby and other eating facilities as well.
Traveling from OK City back home (Illinois) this made a great stop in time for supper. Conveniently there was an Appleby's close by- didn't even have to go out onto the freeway to get there. We traveled with our dog and the place was most accommodating. We had a room not far from a door, to go out and walk her.

Great staff... Good stay

Cons: Pool needs some work.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure we got checked in after 1am. Rooms were friendly and did the job for myself and two boys. Pool was a bit to be desired. But breakfast and staff were more than gracious. Helped give us ideas on how long it would take to get to certain locations (ballparks, Royals stadium, etc.) and were so helpful went it came to us possibly needing to check out earlier than expected. Highly recommended at a good price!

Affordable rooms. Very helpful and responsive staff who upgraded my room to handicap accessible upon my arrival when observing my difficulty walking. Convenient location.

Just "o.k.", but in a good location

Room had a musty smell, air conditioner was noisy and ran nearly all the time. Location was perfect for the activities which brought us to Lenexa, KS. Bed was too soft and sagging where one would sleep. Breakfast are is small, choices limited.
