We had to change rooms 2 times. Once because the key cards would never work then the second time because the room had not been cleaned. The bedding was nasty and the tub still had dirt and hair it. Very bad experience. Will not be back.

Pros: Nothing. The resident kitten was pretty cute.
Cons: Actually have people working. Honor reservations or contact the travelers and let them know that they will have to sleep in their cars in the lot.
Location: Nothing, it's south Georgia. Keep driving.
I booked from my phone while traveling on Expedia and received a text confirmation. My 3 children (13, 8 and a newborn) and I (a woman) showed up at 1am exhausted & ready to sleep. The parking lot was clean and only had 2-3 cars. No one was at the front desk & the lobby was locked. I rang the bells on both doors, patiently, at first. Then I called the phone number on the handwritten sign for customer service 3 times. I even resorted to honking my car horn. No one ever answered. The should have received my confirmation hours earlier from Expedia. I had to find a place for my family to sleep, so I had to drive further and spend more money (since I had already paid thru Expedia) to get some sleep. Sleeping in their parking lot was not much of an option. Never again will I waste my time in Lennox, GA. Experiences like this are why people don't want to stay at the smaller independently owned businesses. And there's stinky animal feces under the A/C unit by one of the lobby doors.

They left the key on the desk nobody there for two days office locked up pool locked and no breakfast like they said they have. If I had to stay there again I will stay in my truck at the rest area up the road. Clothes in the floor food in the refer dirty floors

We didnt no one was there!! We were stranded with a 7 year old and no were to stay. One abandon car in parking lot. Lights on Vacancy sign flashing but everything locked and no one would answer the phone. Hotels.com relocated us for one night but we needed to and could not find another for the next night. Never book with Lenox Inn. in Lenox GA.

The room was filthy. Barely any hot water. This hotel needs a lot of work and updates. Everything was in really bad shape. The chair had rips in the material. The shower had not been cleaned. Floor was not vacumed. The place was filthy. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter. The breakfast was a joke. They only had bear claws, and mine was molded.

Pros: The convenience to I75. There was a pool available, also.
Cons: Cooler room upon arrival of guest.
The staff were nice and welcoming. Check in went very smoothly. The room was warm upon arrival but reasonably clean. The only negative was a cloth that had been left over the shower curtain rod and not removed by housekeeping when cleaning the room. It was a good stay for a great price. The bed was comfortable.
