Good price, but not good value.

Pros: Price and proximity to Rte. 2.
Cons: Quieter A.C.; better trained maids; working TV.
First of all, the room air conditioner was very noisy. It cycled off and on again. Every time it cycled back on it woke us up. Second night we cooled room and turned it off for the night. Also the TV did not work, either with the remote or the on-off switch on the set. Person at the desk could do nothing, but promised to have it taken care of the next day. Nothing happened: our second night it still did not work. After our first night, we left a tip for the maid. When we got back late in the afternoon the bed had not been made (any further than the "spread up" we had done); we had been given one bath towel and two bath mats. The facial tissue had run out and had not been replenished. We left no tip the second morning. The breakfast room is so small that people cannot get around easily. Selection of edibles was minimal. I emailed the manager about all this and never heard back. I told them when we had a minor leak in our bathroom at another motel a month or so earlier, the motel immediately repaired it, but also gave us a big discount on our room rate. I remember Days Inn used to be a dependable chain. Wow! Not any more, at least not in Leominster.

Washing machine on premises not working properly. Only Cold water- scotch tape over a couple of the slots. Looks run down. Washing machine on premises not working properly. Property looks seedy. Staff not knowledgeable about tvs, which do no t change channels properly.

Terrible

I have to start from the beginning, when I walked into your lobby It smelled like marijuana. Then when we got to our room it smelled moldy the bathroom was disgusting but we decided to stay in the room anyway right before going to bed at 2 AM I found a bedbug on my pillow as I was about to lay my head down. I would like a refund for my stay or a free stay.

safe and restaurants near by

Pros: king size bed ....with sofa bed
Cons: more clean in the hall ways, carpet look dark and dirty ... bath had paint peel off....
Location: ok and safe ..
far away from boston but it was good deals for the price...

Tub pealing.. Steph allowed residents to basically what felt like loitering in front of the building in the in the entrance not like regular residence hanging out more like loitering

Pros: Very little, but the bed was actually quite comfortable.
Cons: While the facilities are supposedly being remodeled, they still need lots of work.
The room was barely adequate. Items of note: 1)Cable did not work in our room. 2)While the website indicates hair dryers are available in the rooms, there were none in the three rooms we had. 3)Bathtub and sink drained very slowly so that you were standing in 2 inches of water in the tub as you showered. 4)Ironing board had no cover, only the metal frame. 5)There seems to be no sound attenuation in the walls and doors at all. Every sound from the hall or adjoining rooms is heard. 6) We were twice awakened by loud hotel occupants arguing or partying in the parking lot well after 2 AM. In addition, the hotel is located right beside Hwy 2 and the truck, ambulance, and police siren noise was incredible. 7) Attempted to print airline boarding passes in the "business center" and was informed that the printer didn't work. Only an inconvenience I realize, but still disappointing. 8) "White" towels were old, worn, frayed, and had a gray tint to them. In general, the facility is old and worn. Attempts are being made to improve it, but it is hard to cover up years of neglect. The location is very noisy and the comings and goings of noisy guests at all hours of the night limit your ability to get a good nights sleep.

Disappointed with quality

No soap in bathroom. Elevator has terrible cigarette smell. Bathtub was old with stains on it. TV also outdated. Breakfast was basic.

"FRIENDLY" restaurant next door. Hotel room was nice with exception of the tub which needdd replacing!
