"Hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and attentive. Bed was comfy and my children loved the bunk beds. We were able to arrange a transfer from Geneva airport via the hotel which really helped us out. The staff were kind enough to make us a breakfast package on the last day to take with us. It was huge! The locker room with boot heaters with direct access to the piste. The piste is very well kept and the free 3 enormous magic carpets made learning so much easier for my children to learn to snowboard (evolution2 are fantastic for lessons). Only a couple of complaints. The dinner has a lot of choice for meat eaters, but I wouldn't say it's very tasty. Chips were cold and soggy, the pasta sauce was just a can of tin tomatoes. The pasta itself was undercooked.Only plus was the nice beef. Not much choice for vegetarians, forget about vegan. I wouldnt recommend half board, just breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants close by with tasty food. Overall the hotel is excellent. Next time I would just have breakfast included. "

"Excellent location. Ski in and out. Literally next door to gondola. Everything is downhill after that. The rooms are tiny and dated. Service is poor and rigid. Food is cafeteria standard."

"Exceptional staff and service levels. Very useful on-call shuttle around the town. Well located at the bottom of the piste with convenient ski locker room. Well run spa and outdoor heated pool. "

"The hotel is in a great location. you have a short walk to where you can ski down to a number of lifts and can ski back to that spot (office of Tourism, Meribel Centre). You can walk to a number of very nice restuarants. In short you can skip a car. The room was very well kept and the included breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful and booked lunches on the mountain for us. Only downside was the bed/pillows. My child said she felt like she was sleeping on a cardboard box. Seems the hotel should invest in more comfortable beds. maybe it was only the single beds but I don't know. "
