The best thing about this hotel is location. Nicest village in Les Arcs, ski-in, ski-out. Not very crowded at the lifts because the village is not that big. Staff is very nice. The hotel is made of several buildings. Depending on where your room is you might have access to hotel amenities such as ...
High standard of accommodation. Very comfortable and spacious and able to walk a few metres to ski over to Grizzly chair lift. Pretty village, quiet but all amenities. Free regular bus down hill into village. Excellent skiing and no queues for lifts. We made a couple of requests when booking ie. ...
The manageress was excellent and sorted small problems out immediately. Rooms were of a good size. Kitchenette was tiny. No cooker but there was a 4 plate electric hob and a dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets expensive at the hotel. One free session in Sauna or Steam Room. Swimming pool free. Pool table ...
The position with regard to ski in and out is good. You need to check whether your balcony actually has a view. Ours didn't due to being in the roof area. That was disappointing and although the accommodation was quite comfortable and warm the single beds were very small and the lighting in the main ...
Loved the attentiveness of the staff to help. First skiing trip on my own so needed the crutch and they didn't falter under the weight. Really helped me sort out transport and point me in the right direction for what I needed. Laura on reception was a beacon for that service.
Just spent half term here in this new Chalet and cannot recommend it enough, although it is new the finishing and attention to detail are fantastic. Ideal location, ski in ski out, direct access to Arc 1950 although not required, Fantastic views and quiet on an evening.
We have stayed at Chalet Altitude in both Val Thorens and Les Arcs 2000. The apartments are comprable. In both cases we had 3 bd apartments. The pool is better at Les Arcs as is the access to the wider ski resort. Otherwise facilites are comparable and we recommend both.
All staff very pleasant and helpful. Good variety of food and good wine included for lunch and dinner. Only problem was that we had to ask several times for cups, glasses and tea bags at breakfast as they kept running out, however it was a busy time in the school half term. Perfect location for skiing ...
Happy with apartment newly renovated well done fire dishwasher comfy beds very nicely done
Great location. Fantastic reception staff who couldn't have been more helpful.
Check in and out was really simple and overall staff were polite and helpful. Food isnt cordon bleu but theres a really good selection of entirely decent food in abundance. Its an alpine hotel so the rooms are small but that should be expected from anybody one their second ski trip or above. The ...
Great location, building and food quality. Restaurant and room service a bit disorganised but always friendly. In hotel ski shop pricey but really helpful and convenient. Great for a ski hotel, but average service quality by 5 star standards.
