I would definitely love to return. The room which was really a small apartment was clean and comfortable and seemed brand new. The only downside was that we were required to do a very light cleaning before leaving, but the room was not stocked with cleaning products, ie. dishwasher detergent or floor cleaner. Oh, and we would have loved to have our windows open but the smokers below prevented this from happening...but, hey, that's Europe!

No problem speaking English in the whole hotel which is great. The rate is including breakfast and dinner, food is great. They also make very cool cocktails. Outdoor seating is amazing looking out to the mountains if the weather allows. There are seating areas near the fireplace very very cozy....the elevator takes you to ground level in the back for loading which is a plus plus, we found many hotels in the area you would have to carry your suitcases up and down the stairs...bathrobe in the room with big enough flat screen TV, storage for skis and a life right behind the hotel to take you up the ski slopes...amazing experience...

Just got back from a two week stay in Alpina Lodge and had a brilliant time. Our apartment was spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking equipment we would ever need! Very sad to leave indeed!

We stated here as I was taking part in the Alpe D Huez triathlon. The hotel could not have been better. The manager was so good telling us this is your home while you stay here, and that is how it felt. As a family of four the rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again. 5/5.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Alba. Spacious, plenty of room and situated at the very beginning of the resort (Les Deux Alpes). A great apartment, good for families. Beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, nice dining area, large dining table, ample living space. The Alba is situated opposite a small supermarket which is very handy. We would definatley go back.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights. Clean and comfortable. The hotel had its own ski rental area. A longer walk to the slopes but still on the main village level. This is pretty random but the coffee from the breakfast was the best I've had in the past few years.

The overall quality of the hotel was good, the rooms were clean (although you have to clean the rooms yourselves at the end of the week), well equipped, and offered a nice bar, free sauna, swimming pool, gym and ski locker facilities. "Ski to door" isn't entirely true, unless you count the 50m walk to the slopes but never caused us any problems, even with ski / snowboard boots and equipment.

The hotel was like stepping into a story book. The room was large with a mountain view and the ensuite was brand new and very well laid out. But the breakfast was over priced and very disorganised. The waitress was very muddled.
