“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“I didn't have a beachview even though it was advertised as having one. These apartments are not suitable for winter use as they get no sun all day and as a result are extremely cold. Our apartment was damp and very cold on arrival so it took a couple of days to start to feel warm. The temperatures were quite low around 7 °. The radiator in the bathroom didnt work so showering was extremely unpleasant. Our hob in the kitchen also didn't work abd there was no bottle opener. I would say summer……

O processo de busca e entrega das chaves foi tranquilo, com as instruções tendo sido enviadas em tempo adequado. Ao chegar, havia água mineral gelada e natural, café e uns biscoitinhos, o que ajuda bastante ao se chegar em horários não convenientes, como no meu caso. “L’appartement est très bien. Par contre il manque des finitions style lampe dans le salon quelque chose pour poser la trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain. Pas de poubelle dans la deuxième salle de bain, le frigo cassé rien pour poser les vêtements dans la chambre et puis surtout j’ai réservé avec spa et piscine couverte et quand nous sommes arrivés là-bas tout était fermé trop déçu.”

“The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as you hope, it was as if it was cleaned a while ago and not used, it could have used a freshen up before we arrived ”
