Treadmill kept tripping gfi outlet, which also turned the lights in the gym out. After several resets, I gave up on my workout. Otherwise nice building and good breakfast

We stayed here when we came to Lethbridge to see a show at Yates Memorial Centre. This hotel was so convenient - we were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner and then walk to the theatre and the walk back was 5 minutes. Great location not far off the highway.

Good hotel, easy to access. Friendly staff that are nice and easy to deal with. Pool and waterslide are convenient and a good size hot tub as well. Rooms are clean and spacious. Curtain blacks the room out so it's nice and dark for sleeping.

When we renovated our hotel, we had the option to go with typical fabric curtains, but when we saw the roller options, and how well they did at keeping the room dark even in broad daylight, we knew that would be the best decision for our guests! Not a big fan of being on the top floor but it doesn’t let you pick what level you want your room on. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!! Well stocked and very enjoyable, the only bad thing about it was there could have been more tables for people to sit and enjoy.

Pros: Great location close to the mall/downtown. Rooms are clean and quite large, included breakfast is a nice value add. Cons: Elevators and hallways had dirty towels on the floor, food crumbs and just unclean bits all over. The biggest complaint about this hotel is the pool!! It is very cold! It’s February!! The lady at the front desk was nice enough to try to fix it with maintenance on the phone but even the next morning after she stated they “turned it up” there was no change. Several families in there were also complaining and piling into the tiny hot tub to warm up. We complained about it on our last visit 6 months ago and management stated they would correct for next time and they still haven’t so this will be our last visit to this hotel. There are many other comparable options and the Holiday inn we stayed in last time has a lovely heated pool that doesn’t make our children’s lips blue so that is where we’ll stay next time.

I love this property, beds and rooms are great. Front desk staff is so kind. However the parking isn't great, just not enough. We happen to stay during a hockey tournament weekend and they were out of control in the hallways

Front staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeping however was not great. Left notes and a tip to ask for extra towels / coffee / cups etc - nothing extra was left behind. Asked one day (with a note again) for new sheets as the top bed cover was dirty from snow.. not done. Staying 7 days should automatically just register to have the sheets changed without asking during the stay.
