Bad parking and bad communication

Pros: Nice rooms, decent breakfast
Cons: Lots
Location: Good
The room was decent, clean, staff was pretty hard, when we asked about the 500$ deposit, witch is crazy, but I won't get started very disappointed, lol why couldn't they tell me that when I booked room two weeks ago, lol, just saying, parking was a joke, no room to park anywhere near your room, got to stop, sorry

We do provide free on site parking in two separate lots, however it is offered on a first come first serve basis, we do not assign, or reserve parking for our guests. Our deposit policy is non-negotiable and posted to our Expedia page. Guests are required to have a credit card upon check in, if there is no credit card provided, than the deposit amount is higher. Never again!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything!
Coffee pot broken, cigarette burns on the furniture, stains on the carpet, dirty bathroom, too much bleach on the linen, was scalded by the hot water while showering, terrible breakfast....

Decent little hotel, would stay again.

The room was clean, appeared to be nicely maintained. Although, the heat is a little slow and a bit dated, but works. Morning staff at breakfast were great, had a good breakfast. Breakfast selection was limited, but adequate. Overall, I was happy with the one nught stay.

our stay is coming up , but we have stayed there going to & coming from the USA for the last 3 yrs. The rooms are comfortable, the rates are fair for a nights sleep, and the breakfast will fill you up for your journey

Bed was not comfortable

Excellent staff, clean with a very uncomfortable bed. Good for one night when you want to save money.

The room was terribly run down and in poor repair

Pros: Not one good thing to say about it. There is no way this motel should be advertised on this site.
Cons: .Book on line with a 4 star rating and wanting a pet friendly motel. Once I was checking in, the desk clerk said the room I booked was not pet friendly, yet the web page just says the motel is pet friendly. He then moved me to another room then wanted to charge me extra for moving rooms. Expedia is refunding the difference. Once we got to the room it was disgusting. Burn marks in the furniture, carpet was filthy with stains marks and very worn. The wall outlets are worn out that when you plug in a phone charger it fall out of the socket. The taps in the bathroom both the sink and tub are worn out and missing the caps.
Location: It was close to people and appointments we had to make it to. But intersection make it difficult to get on to main streets.

Dear Guest, First off I would like to thank you for showing me pictures of the room, all of our headboards should have been changed to the new ones, so I appreciate you bringing that to our attention, I will have our maintenance team get those changed out ASAP. Secondly, I would like to apologize to you for your stay and the state of your room. I agree, we need some serious renovations in our rooms in the outside wings. I have already started this process by reaching out to local contractors to get quotes on the work we are looking at getting done. Currently our plans are to: replace the flooring, repaint the accent wall a neutral colour and repair and repaint the other walls in the room, replace the bathroom and light fixtures and put in new closet doors. I was unaware of the outlets being worn out, so I will add that to the list of things to be replaced. I very much appreciate your feedback as we head into our room renos and will keep your comments under consideration as we move forward. Sincerely, Sariah

Location: Did not care about location or shopping, other reason for staying
