Bad parking and bad communication

The room was decent, clean, staff was pretty hard, when we asked about the 500$ deposit, witch is crazy, but I won't get started very disappointed, lol why couldn't they tell me that when I booked room two weeks ago, lol, just saying, parking was a joke, no room to park anywhere near your room, got to stop, sorry

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed your room and found the breakfast to be decent. We do provide free on site parking in two separate lots, however it is offered on a first come first serve basis, we do not assign, or reserve parking for our guests. Our deposit policy is non-negotiable and posted to our Expedia page. Guests are required to have a credit card upon check in, if there is no credit card provided, than the deposit amount is higher. We are sorry you found these factors to be frustrating.
