Not a good idea, the Ramada next door was better!

The bathroom had stains and rust. The staff didn't seem to care and was always out and about ( no one at the front desk when you needed them). The pool was not up to standard and the DOH came to close it down. There were people coming in who were not guest through the back parking lot. I left and asked for a refund they said no. We went to the Ramada half a mile down, so much better!

OK for a night

The rooms were ok, not fully clean, it had spider webs in the corners of the rooms. Sheets on the bed were not fully clean, and the room had a wet/mold smell. The place is also a non smoking facility and when I walked in, it smelled like cigarettes, and the next morning I woke up to the smell of cigarettes. The staff was very nice and friendly, but the hotel was NOT up to par. I couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning. We checked out earlier than the 11 am time and we ended up eating at I hop for breakfast. So unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this place, but the staff was very nice.

Cons: MORE PROFESSIONAL APPEARING PEOPLE WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK. CLEAN UP THE PLACE, BETTER MATTRESSES, TEACH STAFF HOW TO MAKE A POT OF COFFEE..
Location: LOOKS LIKE A RUN DOWN AREA. ROAD CONSTRUCTION WHICH RT. 13 ALWAYS HAS BEEN FOR SEVERAL YEARS
WE ATTEMPTED TO BOOK OUR STAY ON LINE VIA ANDROID PHONE. I WAS PARKED JUST ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE "ASSUMED" MOTEL THAT I BOOKED ON LINE IN BENSALEM PA.AT THE QUALITY INN TO FIND OUT MY RESERVATION WAS BOOKED FOR THE COMFORT INN IN LEVITTOWN PA. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP.. REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. THE BATHROOM TUB WAS FILTHY, THE BEDS WERE OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE "FREE BREAKFAST LOOKED AWFUL. THE COFFEE IN THE COFFEE CONTAINERS WERE FULL OF COFFEE GROUNDS TIMES 2 DIFFERENT COFFEE CONTAINERS.. "JUST A NASTY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE..

Poor value, not a great place to stay

Pros: The front desk staff was friendly and responsive. Location is close to the Turnpike.
Cons: Service, cleanliness, breakfast, amenities, price.
Overall, not great. I checked in and went to drop off my bags. The key card I was given did not operate the door, so I went back down and it was reset for me. I found this was a nightly occurrence because they apparently reset all the locks daily and don't tell their guests. I questioned this and was told it may be due to carrying the key card with a phone and credit cards. Creative, but just no. Once I did get into the room, the room had a lingering odor that did not go away. I noticed there was no soap in the bathroom. Another trip to the front desk and I had soap. The room did not have an alarm clock, a pen, cups, or really much else that every other hotel room on earth has. The bed however was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I have ever experienced and everything worked. The next morning, I went to the breakfast area about a half hour before the listed closing time for breakfast and there was no food. There was only coffee and some oddly flavored juices. There was nothing in the fridge where I presume one might expect to find yogurt, the hot food area appeared as though there may have been food at one time, and there were no pastries. The hotel was busy that particular weekend, which to me would be even more reason to have adequate food. Overall, it's a poor value. I usually stay at the Comfort Inn in Morrisville which costs much less and is clean. I realize several of my points are minor, but the small things are easy to get right. It made a bad impression.

Hotel needs to be cared for

Pool was not working.given a plunger to unplug the toilet that we didn't plug. Not enough towels. Hotel was dirty and continental breakfast was very scarce. Bread eggs and coffee and juice

Tres bon accueil et chambre confortable

Cons: rien en fait!
Location: Grand axe sans vraiment de commerces autour
Chambre bien equipée, personnel accueillant. Wifi gratuit. Petit dejeuner varié avec machine pour pancake et waffle! J'ai passé 2 nuits c'etait un bon séjour

The hotel wasn't bad at all i mean i was very comfortable. Only thing i didnt like is they say a non smoking hotel but my room smelled like cigarettes an the smell of weed came from the next room an the fact my shower didnt get hot it stayed warm other then that it was decent.

Pros: Big rooms at great price
Cons: Road construction, but that is temporary.
They indicated to me that they are going through a new management phase. My room was clean but the internet, breakfast and initial service on day one was lacking. If the new management does step up and does what they say they will, this place will be a good choice. Watch closely future reviews.
