too noisy

Posted Mar 24, 2017
Pros: Staff great and friendly, breakfast was basic stuff but out early and area was kept clean.
Cons: REMODEL!!
Location: Plenty of tourist activities nearby, the Mystic Café next door was a little pricey but the food and atmosphere was awesome!
All rooms face a street, I had a balcony that faced a bar and the street, had to run the AC to try to drown out the noise.

Needs some work

Posted Feb 17, 2017
The staff was great and very informative. The room was not that clean and if you were worried about somebody breaking in to the room there is nothing to stop them. The bed had a big dip in it so it was very uncomfortable and both my wife and I will walk up by people fighting in a room close to ours.

We stayed here 5 years ago. We couldn't believe how run down the Motel had gotten.

Convenient location, clean room

Posted Nov 27, 2016 on Hotels
The hotel is pretty rundown looking and smells strongly of stale cigarettes. The room itself was cleans and the beds were comfy. I woke up to hear tv from someone else's room so distinctly that I could tell what show they were watching. When we arrived to check in, us as well as another guest waiting to check in attempted to call the staff according to the sign at the front desk but no one answered. Finally a woman came downstairs saying her phone didn't ring (the phone was left downstairs, ringing every time we called). Also, we asked where the stairs were (sketchy elevator) and the woman said she didn't know the key code for the stairs. The breakfast offered has two cereal options, biscuits and gravy, waffles, juice, and coffee.

Any port in a storm

Pros: Only place to stay near Pullman, WA on dad's weekend.
Cons: Price for a 2 star hotel, but all are high this weekend.
2 star hotel, poor upkeep, spider on the ceiling, run down.
