Good value for price

Out of the main area of Lewiston, but immediately adjacent to an exchange to the Maine Turnpike, this modest hotel delivers a good stay at a good price--with some extras. Some renovations are needed but these would mostly be cosmetic. A design flaw that probably cannot be corrected are the minuscule bathrooms that are so small it is difficult to open the door from the inside without standing in the tub (if the doors could be switched to open outward, that would help immensely). Rooms include microwaves and refrigerators. The "executive suites" are roomier, with a couch and lounge chair--and worth the extra money. There is a bar and a restaurant; the food is nothing to shout about but the prices for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are less than you would pay to eat at a fastfood place and provide more choice and a better meal. We have stayed here four times now while visiting Lewiston and will continue to do so.
