This place was absolutely disgusting. I have never been so disgusted with a place. Dirty towels in closet, Cheeto by the bed condom wrapper behind night stand. And raisins and trail mix squashed under the chair cushion. We left after we realized how dirty the room was.

The property is run down and lots of amenities if not all of them were not operational. As a matter of fact the building was deemed Condemned due to the sprinkler system not working. The inside of the room was not as bad and much cleaner.

It starts with a sign at the front counter explaining how to make the showers work because they're a little "tricky". Says continental breakfast, nope. This is not a $100 / night hotel. If you have to pay more than $50, find somewhere else.

I absolutely loved the artwork, leather clutches, and of course the RGB “Tiesto Chandelier “ The staff is great I extended my stay more than once and was around when the pool and hot tub opened This is what makes it a great value in this area

Rooms were visibly dirty, trash on floor, stained bedding etc. Lights didn’t have bulbs, no heat on when entering and it took a good 6 hours to heat up. No hot tub or restaurant which would have been extremely helpful to know ahead of time. The man at the front desk was very nice, accommodating and helpful.

The property is run down. The room smelled like it had been smoked in and the smell masked. The vanity had been repaired/replaced with painted plywood. There were stains on the rug, a gouge in the wall, and an obvious repair to another wall that had also been damaged. The water in the shower went from warm to ice cold without warning. For the rate through Expedia, it was "fine" but only because I was using the room like a motel room for travel. Not good for a vacation or business stay.

Dirty, molded, pool dirty with rocks in it. No towels, zero soap or shampoo in the room. Asked twice for pool towels and room towels. Never received it. Tub water was coming out a yellow/orange color. Hole in the wall, stained carpets. Molded in light fixture bathroom. Everything deteriorated. Parking lot had black ice, no salt/sand.

Do not come here. I scheduled this for my son and I as a get away to use the pool and spend the weekend together. Booked nonsmoking king the entire hall and room smells like stale cigarettes, there was burn holes in the carpet and bedding. Dead roaches on the floor by the toilet, surfaces were filthy with a slimy residue and fingerprints. Corners of the room had trash and debris on the floor that hasn’t been vacuumed. The sink had actual stuff inside it obviously not wiped down at all. We didn’t even unpack. We checked out and left. Thank god we only live 15 mins away, will never be back!!!! And while we were leaving the parking lot was dark and there was people yelling at each other in the parking lot

Terrible service sat in the lobby with 4 other families while staff left for hours with no way to contact, issues with booking, tv,microwave,fridge was on a power strip and short circuited and staff had no way to fix, domestic violence issues in rooms police contacted and a lot of yelling

Non-Smoking Room with a strong smoke smell
I requested and was given a "smoke-free" room. The room had a very strong smell of smoke, a shower that did not work, dirty cabinets, and holes in the bathroom ceiling. The night staff told me he could not give me another room because I did not bring these concerns to him within 15 minutes of checking in. (I was still in the lobby at that time while other family members were checking in.) I did get a different room the next day, but this room had stains in the bathroom ceiling from water damage to the room above.

Grimy hotel, horrible service
When i arrived the hotel smelled musty and was dirty. No elevator and when i got to one of the rooms i booked a 2x4 or peice of wood was hanging from the wall where it looked like they tried to put the curtain back up. Room smelled too and doery on floor. I went to 2nd rolm also smelled, not xlean and looked like dead bug when i picked up matress to look as i alwahs do before staying anywhere. I immediately bookes a different hotel, went downstairs to say i wasnt staying and no ome ar desk. Mind you, i waited anout 10 mins when i first arrived as well. Person at desk looked like he didnt care like he should be on break or something. Needless to say no one at deak i tried calling 3 times still no answer. I disnt want to leave keys so anyone could take so when the other guests arrived from a 14 hr drice they brought them over id say hr and half later. Asked for refund as we clewrly didnt stay in rooms. They said i need to ask hotels.com. i know they have to contact property which they did and perspn had audacity to say it was after the 20 mins and wouldnt relaase refund. It was one of the worst grimy hotels ive seen and horrible service. I still havnt been refunded.

We stayed in the executive suite. The staff were very hospitable. The room smelled like mildew. The sink didn’t drain well at all, taking almost 10 minutes to drain completely. The air conditioner didn’t have a working thermostat, and open wires seen under the unit. It appeared to have been jury rigged at some point. So we had to just wait until we were comfortable and turn the unit off. It wasn’t a big deal until we were sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The couch was also clean and comfortable. The toilet didn’t flush well. On our last morning of our trip the toilet started to overflow after flushing. The water wouldn’t stop running.So it just had water running regardless of how much we tried to stop it. When the staff got it to stop we asked if we could be moved to another room so we could finish our showers before we left. Unfortunately,we were told that the hotel was full. So we had standing water in the bathroom. Wet carpeting in front of the bathroom from the water overflow. A sink that was not draining after brushing our teeth, and no other room available. Again, the staff was apologetic and very polite. We left half an hour after the room flood. I cannot recommend this facility. It is all brick and carved wooden doors on the inside. It has potential to be amazing if someone were to update the amenities. Unfortunately, as it stands the staff are the only working and pleasant things about this hotel.

Don't stay here!
We pulled up to the hotel and thought it was out of business it appeared so deserted. There is no elevator, which I did not realize, I would have asked for a room on the first floor. The outside lighting was horrible, the carpeting was old and dark, and the decor was out of the 60s or maybe 50s. The door plate was missing a screw so closed poorly, the bathroom door hit the toilet when opened, and there was broken and black around the tiles in the bathroom. There were only two very thin hand towels and bath towels and not replaced for the 2nd night because there was no maid service.

Thank you for your review. The hotel parking lot is very large with ample space for not only cars but tractor trailers as well. Sometimes it certainly looks like no one is parked here at all. If there is ever a concern with the maintenace or clenliness of your room please tell the front desk so we can address the proper department. We are a green hotel so that means service is only every 2-3 days for our overs, if you are to ever need items please visit the front desk. Its staffed 24 hours a day and we are happy to get your items.

Odor throughout the property. Lacks decades of maintenance. Postage size bathroom. Towels threadbare. "Breakfast" - 6bagels for 200 rooms. No place to sit and eat breakfast. Phone in room does not work. No apology or rebate for all of this - just the owner saying, "things Happen."

Thank you for your review. Breakfast is put out as needed, we can certainly fill when its empty or if more guests were to come. If phones in room do not work please make sure maintenance comes and addresses the issue if they are on duty (9am/3pm). If there is ever issues with front desk staff their manager does work Monday-Friday 8am/3pm.

I didn’t like there was only one roll of toilet paper. The bath towels had stains on them. And noisy pipes when people in other rooms took a shower!!
