Nice Hotel for Lewiston

Pros: For it's age the rooms are very nice. I have also always had excellent service with the staff.
Cons: The pool was freezing!!! It was in the upper 80's at the time we went to swim but the water was too cold to get into for everyone.
Location: They do have a fitness center, restaurant, & lounge. The hotel overlooks the river, is close to the downtown area with fast food in walking distance.
We always stay at the Red Lion when we go to Lewiston. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms a nice size. We've had some bad times with foul customers in the halls and rooms around ours but that's not the fault of the hotel. We swim in the pool and lounge in the hot tub. We have always enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and the front desk is always willing to help. The location is excellent and easily accessible. There are also fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: Good location
Location: Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.
Rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. It was a good two day stay.

Clean, comfortable and excellent staff

Older hotel but exceptionally clean and a great staff. They were completely booked but handled the crowd efficiently & with a smile. The attached sports bar had remarkably good food and the patio was pleasant & comfortable. Would stay again anytime!

Cons: Security - many outside doors are not secure during the night hours.
Was a bit over-rated. Breakfast is not "free" since it is limited to an amount on the menu less $10 but the buffet is free but very limited.

Only stayed 1 night. Nice room, easy parking. Had a band playing outside, was a nice evening.

Breakfast and room

The stay was.good but didn't offer any discounts for breakfast in the morning and the first day the.house keepers.didn't really make the beds as a good.stay over so.we just didn't ask.for services but over all not to bad one other thing don't like the extra money being help out of the account would stay again though

We will meet with our room attendants to go over this issue. If there are personal belongings on a bed, they cannot move them to make the bed up. Service was Awesome

Pros: Service was awesome!
We had the friendliest service at the Lewiston's Red Lion. We liked the shuttle airport pickup; that was most helpful. The restaurant and bar on the first floor had music in evenings and the buffet breakfast was a pleaser. The room were clean and basic but that's all we were looking for. The service that won us over.

Moderately priced very comfortable hotel. Good restaurant with excellent service. Rooms were very quiet.

Hallway had a musty smell, fridge did not cool. Pizza boxes were on the floor for over 12 hours. Water fountain did not work.

Check in was easy and friendly, It was hot outside and the room was cool and inviting. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows.
