Dear Expedia.com,Our guest had a misunderstanding about the charge and that is the reason he put 1 star review for us. Upon clearing out the misunderstanding he reached out to Expedia.com to request to have this review REMOVED from your website but unfortunately you failed to honor his request. When the guest did not get anywhere with you, we reached out to our Expedia Market Manager who on our behalf tried to have this review removed from your website as well, but you still did not remove it. If the guest himself is requesting you to remove it, why won't you do it?

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel notified me of the room being ready for early check in, so instead of waiting around till check in we got settled in early. The location was very clean and updated. Stayed in a roomy king suite with plenty of space. Toddler bed was included. Staff was pretty stellar and friendly through and through. My only regret is not coming back for the free breakfast before it ended at 930. Ended up having some early morning appointments and couldn’t quite make it. If only breakfast started at 6am… 👌 it’s so close to everything that it was easy to find a breakfast pick up spot Incase you also have early morning appointments to attend. I would most certainly stay again when I’m in the area next as overall this place is wonderful!

The outstanding thing about this property is that they provide a refillable flask of great drinking water and a water station accessible to all 24/7 to get as much as one needs. This is a standout detail.

This was such an amazing stay! We were in town for my daughter soccer tournament and everyone was so nice, hotel was clean and breakfast was great! Lee at check in was rhe absolute sweetest!! Will definitely stay again!!
