Was turned off by paper trash on floor. No light or fan above cooking area. When sitting on end of bed...the other end flipped up....never had that happen before!

As this hotel’s manager, I can assure you that we are taking corrective measures with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to make sure these issues are addressed prior to guest arrivals to ensure your experience is not repeated.
