very bad experience

Pros: The hotel was close to my destination.
Cons: The hotel seems to lack a manager committed to excellence.
The front desk worker was extremely rude, no conditioner in shower, no blow dryer in room, a smashed egg in the stairwell, no ice machine, the "included" breakfast consisted only of a few packets of oatmeal and coffee.

Breakfast was described as "light". I guess that is one way to describe cofee and instant oatmeal.

We never had a room key since we arrived which I understand things happen and the room that we wanted for our dog wasn't available and we didn't get told till it was too late to cancel our reservation to get our money back everything wasn't prepared the way it should've been and I am glad that I decided to let her stay with someone I really wasn't happy with that decision when I booked the room way ahead of time someone should've checked to see if the room was available it wasn't like I made my reservation the day of. The hotel was stinky and it wasn't from the people it was the carpet the people were nice I just would've went somewhere else.

Well as soon as I walked inside the hall there was a horrible smell .and the room didn't have dishes or cookware to use the kithchette.Will remember this hotel.
