Clean and quiet

Pros: clean and quiet
Cons: nothing
Location: mall, other shopping
Staff was very nice. Room was spotless. Felt safe and comfortable. We had a change of plans and the front desk worked with us over reservation issues. Very pleased

Do Not clean the pool area on Saturday!

Pros: Room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The spray nozzle for the shower can really only be used as a handheld, otherwise is too high or too low.
I chose this hotel over many in the area due to it having an indoor pool and spa tub. I was going to be at a conference all day, standing for over 6 hours, and I knew my back would be very sore and I was wanting a soak in the spa tub when I got there. I didn't check in until after 9pm and was exhausted. When I checked in I asked about the spa, I was told it was closed for cleaning but could use the one at the Courtyard next door. I got to my room, changed, went to the Courtyard and was shown the outdoor pool area with no hot tub. Unable to get back in, I had to walk back to the front, confirmed they do not in fact have a spa, and went back to the Fairfield. The front desk clerk had been sure they had one. Fortunately the bed was good and I was able to use a heating pad (which I had brought as a backup) and my back felt okay the next morning. But closing the pool area for cleaning on a weekend is just foolish and poorly thought out.

I would recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling for pleasure or business. Very good staff nice rooms

Quiet and comfy.

Hot tub wasn't hot and no towels in the pool area. Desperately needed the heat after a golf tournament, so big disappointment there. Peewee soccer team staying there also, so not the time away from the little kids that I was hoping for.
