Sketchy, LOUD music, and inappropriate!

When checking in there was a group of hotel staff listening to inappropriate music VERY loudly in the lobby- the whole place was a MESS! Just sketchy I would never stay there again!

Hotel has a plumbing problem

Everything was great till the morning. Water was standing in the bathroom sink and the tub. The toilet and sink in the kitchen were ok. We could not clean up because of the water. As we were leaving we told the front desk about the problems with the room and the manager told me that they would reimburse me for the room. I was to have Hotels.com call and they would refund my money. When hotels.com called they refused to refund the money. Hotels.com did give me a $100 certificate for a future stay.

Don't waste your money! Yuck!

This was one of the pricier hotels in the area. However, it was dump! The entire thing is a construction site. Just getting to the front desk for check-in ruined my shoes and luggage. The reservation was wrong, but they wouldn't fix it. The breakfast was continental not hot/cold buffet due to the construction. So, if you don't like carbs, don't bother! A jack-hammer was so loud in the halls upon arrival, I got a headache. The rooms are old, but apparently they are about to be redone. It was just a gross, old, noisy, dusty hotel. I have a bad cough after getting home, and I can't help but think it's due to all the dust from renovations.

Very Clean, Spacious, Good Breakfast, Nice pool, Nice Jacuzzi, Nice Gym. Absolutely I would like to choose this hotel next time!

We only stayed overnight. It was close to the airport and was comfortable for what we needed.

In need of a refresh, but fine for the right price

The condition of the hotel and rooms was substantially lower that I've come to expect from the Homewood Suites brand. The common hallways and staircases all had a musky smell (mixed with near constant air freshener sprays). The carpet needs to be replaced throughout the entire hotel as there were visible tears and stains. In the room, much of the tile work in the bathroom and kitchen was cracked and in need of replacing. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a bit rundown, which isn't a problem for the right price. But I felt I paid 25-35% too much for the quality I received.

Clean hotel/suite

Was a very pleasant stay. Front desk was very helpful in rearranging my room location to fit with the rest if my family. Very comfortable room
