Our room had no air conditioning, stained mattresses, and a broken TV. We reported this to the front desk and we couldn’t be given a different room. As a result we had to leave and find another place last minute. We’ve tried contacting the manager and they will no respond.

This was thee noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The walls and ceilings were so thin I heard everything. Kids were running and jumping over my head. My neighbors were loud and slamming doors constantly and the housekeepers were slamming dishes as they cleaned them. I was awakened everyday at 6a by loud noise all while trying to recover from surgery. Won’t ever stay here again!!! Thee WORST!

the heater in the room did not work the room was 50 degrees and the outside temperature was 5. the front desk argued with me about a refund of my money it took 45 minutes to get it resolved and I had to drive in a snow storm to get another room. awful experience will NEVER stay there again

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in due to loud noise all day and night from other customers as well as housekeepers. If it was loud running and bumping over my head it was the neighbors laughing, talking loud and slamming doors staring at 6a or the housekeepers cleaning and slamming dishes. I barely got any sleep due to constant loud noise and front desk did nothing about it.

My friends and I stayed for a girls weekend and had a great stay! Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 women. Bathroom was also very big. We’ll definitely book again.

Everything was very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. I don’t care for the eggs or sausage but that’s typical of hot complementary breakfast. This is a safe place to stay.

Amazing Place!
This was our 25th Anniversary and we got upgraded to a Suite just kidding around for an upgrade lol. From our check in to our check out, everything was amazing and very comfortable. We will stay her again!

I’m glad I stayed here. Loved the welcome message on the TV, the soaps hanging in the bathrooms, the kitchenette and the feather pillows…… The breakfast was nice except no sliced bread. When I requested it, they said they would bring it out, but yet none. Not everyone likes bagels

Very nice hotel that we will stay at again! The staff is very friendly & helpful! The hotel has free pack n' plays available for infants, which helped greatly with our 8-month-old daughter. The rooms are large and have everything you need supplied, including kitchen supplies for cooking. The breakfast was nice and filling.

The room was big enough, very clean and confortable. Everything we needed for our stay was great. Friendly and kind staff. The stairs smell like cigarette, but that’s on the guests that dont follow rules and laws; but the room was very clean and odorless.

The rooms are decent, but it's the little things. The fridge was noisy, the door double lock was broken, the toilet isn't in the best repair. It's not 'bad' but it's not great either, and they're easy fixes. Breakfast was pretty bad. Other visits have had a decent showing, today was Jimmy Dean sandwiches from the microwave and very burned coffee. Shame. Staff are always lovely though.

I loved that the room had a full size kitchen but the AC not working was horrible! It’s Texas and 110 degrees and the lowest it would let us set it was 76 but it stayed 85 in the room! HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend to anyone!
