Raccomando questo hotel per chi vuole visitare Boston senza soggiornare all'interno della stessa.

Clean, crisp, modern - perfect!

Pros: Everything.
Excellent room, facilities and location. The best thing about this hotel is that there is no smoke anywhere and it has never been smoked in!

Cool & funky concept hotel

Posted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: lobby, bar and food areas worked great. room was utilitarian but also worked well.
Cons: pillows were lousy.
Location: Historic Lexington is worth spending time in. And it's any easy shot into Boston.
Aloft is fun; it's lobby is cool, casual and utilitarian. The rooms are comfortable but sparse so not made for spending lots of time in them. The bathroom is excellent...walk-in shower is great. Rooms are made for short stays but are fun. Breakfast and all day food concept really works. Pick up what you want, pay the front desk (very reasonable) and eat there or on the go. Food was quite good for the situation. Go Green concept is brilliant. All in all, a funky, fun place to stay.

Contemporary hotel in the middle of nowhere.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Don't stay there unless you have a car and you business is in the area. NO restaurants around except poor bar food and egg sandwiches for breakfast...not included in price of room. Hotel is located at the end of the Alewife MRTA and then an infrequent 30 minute bus! Outside of location it was okay.

If you have a car, this hotel is worth to live in

Posted Jul 27, 2015
I went to this hotel last weekend. I was visiting my brother in Boston. I drove from Philly to here, at first it is kind of hard to find the hotel, it wasnt in downtown, but it was near to 1-95. therefore if you have a car, you can drive to downtown really easily. and also this hotel is really clean, they provide a really small bar, and you can play pool in there too. as I said it is worth to live in, only if you have a car. there is not really have anything nearby the hotel, but drive to downtown took like 20 mins.

Location: there are not a lot of things to do near by...need to have a car as the hotel does not offer shuttle service to the closest train station.
We were there with children....they were handled very well...considering that this is more of a business persons hotel

Very modern, "hip" hotel

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Fitness center was nice. Lobby bar was a nice place to relax.
Cons: Breakfast might be included. Food at bar could be better. Pool was small. Elevators were so dimly lit it was hard to know what button to press.
Location: It is right near the Revolutionary War battle trail in Lexington. You can walk to the trail from the hotel.
I stayed there for one week. The decor was very modern. Pop/disco? music playing in the elevators. One night they had a really excellent band play in the lobby. Many people hung out at the bar at night. The hotel tries to appeal to all sorts of travelers - people with young kids, business travelers, people with pets.

Great Hotel but Fire Alarm was not very relaxing

Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Staff was wonderful, the front desk staff person even loaned me a phone charger as I'd forgotten mine. We loved meeting so many dogs, playing pool
Cons: Fire alarm in the middle of the night, really?
Location: great location
We loved Aloft. Went there to get some R&R, really needed a good nights sleep. Just as we were settling into bed, drifting off to a good night's sleep, the fire alarm went off. Really? Been staying in hotels for over 30 years, business and pleasure. This is the first time I've every had to throw on clothes, rouse my children out of bed, and file outside to wait for the fire department. Aside from a memo under my door the next morning, there was no compensation for this event, no free cup of coffee, no "we'll give you a discount on your next stay" or "We're so sorry for that fire alarm last night"

Nice hotel very relaxing.

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: The cleanliness of this hotel was on point so were the amenities.
Cons: A little bit friendlier, more welcoming staff. Also if room service were available it would be nice.
Location: It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway. About 15 min drive you have multiple places to eat and shop.
It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff could have been a tad friendlier. But over all this hotel was awesome and only 20 min from Boston. I would definitely stay here again.

Fine as a freeway motel

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Shuttlebus service and bar area
The location suited well for working in Bedford. The half hourly shuttlebus service to/from local addresses was great for getting to business appointments. You are restricted in terms of eating unless you drive or get a taxi into Lexington / Bedford. Facilities were pretty basic, but all covered. Fitness room was smallish, but never very busy. Pool was too short to swim properly, but fine for a splash around. Running was available in the nearby Minute-man Park. Staff were great and the rooms were a good size and clean.
