We strive to offer every guest an excellent stay and a super clean and comfortable room. I will stay that our smoking rooms are definitely different than our non smoking rooms. New linens don't last one night in them before getting burn holes. I do think 15 is excessive and we will have a meeting with our housekeeping staff to make sure that our standards are applied uniformly across all rooms. We have just started replacing the the mattresses in our smoking rooms and the room you stayed in was actually scheduled to get them this week. We do hope that you will give us another chance when in Lexington so that we can make it up to you with a 5 star experience. Feel free to reach out to me personally anytime to discuss this further.
