Happy with our stay.

The room was clean and nice. The full size fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave were a plus. Perfect place to get ready for a concert in Lexington. Very close to the highway!

Easy to find. Long-term stay hotel. It is like having your own efficiency apartment.

Exhausted from Changing Rooms

Posted Jun 1, 2016 on Hotels
We were not very pleased with the stay. We met our daughter and 2 year old granson for a three night visit. We were placed in a room on the second and after one night the desk manager told us the person under us complained of the child running and jumping. We explained they knew we had a 2 year old and it's practically impossible to keep a child that age from running. He said he would move us to another room over the lobby so the child would not disturb anyone. So late morning the second day we moved all our things to another room in the the center of the second floor. About fours hours later when the next manager came on shift he called up to say the child was keeping up too much noise and he needed to move us. We explained we had already moved our things in two different rooms because his prior manager moved us over the lobby not to disturb others in rooms. He said the incoming guests heard the child moving and he was going to move us to the first floor. Needless to say, we had to move again. We were dissatisfied with this and will not stay there again. Our reservation indicated we had a two year old. It was ridiculous to move us so much. They should know that children keep up some noise. Further, they had the reservation one month in advance and could have placed us in a place to cause the least distraction to others. Exhausted from constant moving. They offered nothing to ease our frustration. Not child friendly!

Not the hotel I thought I booked from the rating.

I did not stay @ the hotel. The area around looked unsafe. The people in and around the hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not want to leave my car in the parking lot overnight. The hotel lobby and room smelled of smoke. I booked a non smoking room, it was not available. Even if it was, the entire hotel reeked of smoke.
