The lights were flickering. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There were stains on our bedspread and on the wall. There were red stains all over the mattress on the hide-a-bed. The remote for the TV wouldn't work. There was no hot breakfast and no protein so we ended up going to Panera for breakfast.

First impression was the room wasn’t too bad but I booked the location because it had a pullout sofa in addition to 2 beds. When we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was completely disgusting and there was no sheet set for it like other hotels have. We went to the front desk and found out they gave us the wrong room so we went to our new room and found the sofa bed in the new room in the same condition. The desk worker did give us another set of sheets and pillows and someone ended up just sleeping on the floor. The worker did saw that they were starting a renovation which we could see through the windows of a couple rooms when we left but wouldn’t stay her until they finished.
