It was a nice enough hotel.

This hotel was fine for the price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable & clean. There was a wooden playground near the pool (off season, so that was closed), that my kids has a great time playing on. That was a definite plus while we were wasting some time. Overall, I would stay here again if we came back to the area.

It’s ok but further from centre than anticipated

Posted Oct 21, 2017
Pros: Room was clean but on old side
Cons: Breakfast location
Location: Further from centre than comfortable for us, antiques nearby.
Breakfast room needs to be more organized. It was also hard to find at back of hotel on second floor.

Run down. Broken

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Shower broken. Asked for non smoking room. Room smelled of stale cigarettes and heavy room deodorants. Sour milk and bit into a rotten apple at breakfast

Ridiculous price for an outdated hotel!

Balcony along the third floor is tilted and appears as it is dangerous especially in room at the end.

Do not stay.

Posted Oct 9, 2017
I purchased chlorox and cleaned the shower myself. As I sprayed, grime came down the wall. Bath floor wasn't washed. Carpets needed vacuuming and washing. Door to outside felt unsecure. I checked out early and went to another hotel.

One of the only hotels available @ the last minute

Posted Oct 9, 2017
It is a very run down motel. White socks were black after walking on the carpet. Bugs & spider webs in the corners of the rooms. Mold in the shower with broken tiles. TV wouldn't come on & then it would just freeze up while watching it. Bed mattress was obviously leaning more towards the head than the feet.

“All the rooms have bugs.”

Posted Oct 9, 2017
This is a quote said several times by the lady at the front desk. Rooms were dirty and we found bugs in the bed and on the walls. Continental breakfast area was sketchy to say the least. With tax it cost almost $200 to stay there and I honestly considered sleeping in my car instead.

Gouging Keydet Parents

Posted Sep 26, 2017
While this is a typical low end hotel, it was clean and the Ned was comfortable. The facilities are spartan. The breakfast was good. My major concern was that they charged $178 per night because it was VMI's parents weekend. This is price gouging to the max. What is worse is that all of the hotels in the area do it.
