Misleading and filthy

This is NOT a hotel, it is a motel barely disguised as a hotel. The room we stayed in was filthy! The door knobs were all grimy and had a sticky substance on it that was flat out gross; the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly; the sink looked filthy and was placed outside the bathroom (not a surprise since the bathroom was so small they couldn't fit the sink inside. i moved the guest log book in the room and the bottom part of it was dripping with some weird sticky material, almost like someone had spilled something and covered it up with the guest book. The sheets smelled funky, the pillow cases had weird stains on them and the plaster was peeling off the walls in multiple places. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I regret booking this place, I would have moved if we hadn't checked it near midnight. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!

Older but being renovated

Very friendly staff with hot breakfast. Rooms and buildings being renovated. Close to Hwy.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in!! We asked for our money back and left after we walked in and saw the condition!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

In short~I found a cricket in my bathtub and the air conditioner didn't work. The lady at the front desk was rude and unapologetic. The internet was so bad, I couldn't even download a movie. I barely slept because I was so hot. I also had to remove the bug myself which freaked me out. No one at the hotel was willing to help.

Decent

Pros: Reasonable price
Location: Near to Lexington
Was worth the price that we paid, the breakfast was fine, room was comfortable and staff were nice.

good location near hwys.

Cons: above experience notes.
Had non-smoking room but smoke from adjoining room POURED in through bathroom vent. Had to keep vent & light on 24/7 to control amount of smoke. Hard mattress, pillows sucked.

Staff was nice but room had mold. Asked for a fold down bed but you couldn't set it up anywhere in the room except right in front of the door, which caused a fire hazard (could not open door).

good for a night

We only stayed on night after a concert. Hotel was right off the interstate, which was easy access to get to. You check in at the bottom of the hill and drive up to the top to find your room, only down fall was the hotel clerk did not tell us where our room was located so we had to drive around to find it, other wise she was very helpful and answered all questions. Room was average, had all toiletries available, it was clean. We were located in the front, bottom floor, which was kind of noisy early in the morning from others leaving out early. Would stay here again. also had free wifi
