Tired, old, poorly maintained facility. Furniture worn, stains on upholstery. Moldy smell. Lock on door required repair to work. Staff unfamiliar with area restaurants.

So sorry for the late reply. We are so sorry to hear about your stay with us. Any future stays in any hotel please let the person working the front desk know you are not happy with the room. We would have been happy to move you. At the end of Nov, we started gutting the rooms to have a fresh new pallet for the rooms. We replaced the carpet, added furniture, new Beauty Rest beds, and repainted all the walls. We have also coached out staff to be more helpful with knowing the area.
