It's getting a little old. Probably about time to do some renovations. The tables at the dinning area need to be replaced, the furniture in the rooms needs to be replaced, or at least re-painted. The shower head was not very good. the tiles in the bathroom a little broken...

Our room was nicely laid out -- with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave -- none of which we needed, but thought they were a nice addition. The workout room is excellent and the pool very nice. We really liked the lady who was in charge of the breakfasts each morning, though she said she normally works at Aloft and was filling in for the person on holiday. She was super friendly, helpful, and full of energy. The front desk people were nice, though not out of their way friendly. On the whole we loved our 6 night stay there and would do it again. Thank you very much!

They need to fill the hand sanitizers and clean the rooms after use. Could also use some cosmetics that folks often forget -- toothbrush, hair brush, etc -- at the desk for purchase. But a good place to say. I stay there often. Not as immaculate as it used to be, but still clean.

The feel of the place is nice and relaxing. Having a pool and free breakfast/parking is a big plus as is how easy it is to get to. The area is pretty quiet, but there was a fair amount of noise coming from the room upstairs this time. My first stay was far quieter. Almost like someone doing maintenance or moving. There are small examples of wear and tear in the bathroom including a leaky hot water valve in the sink, but overall, the room seems in good shape. Having breakfast until 11:00 AM would be nice. Overall, this is my new favorite place to stay when visiting the Boston area.

Noisy and disruptive guests upstairs that we complained about multiple times until 1:30am. We had two rooms on the second floor and wish we could’ve left the property, it was really that bad. Spoke with other guests who had similar complaints on other floors. Terrible experience.

Staff was great, breakfast was great, wifi was rarely available within my room and mold around the base border of the shower. The windows need to be changed as I can feel a draft throughout the night as the wind was blowing.

I was good, but the person who did my check in made a big confusion and she make me feel uncomfortable.. the first night it was really bad.. they solved my problem on the middle of my second day there..

This place is run down. The nicest staff, but the rooms are rundown. The elevators were not working this time, nor was our bathroom light. It’s clear there is no money being invested in the place and it’s worn- lights flickering, food on the carpets, chips in the shower while walls, door jams and doors are filthy. Last time we will stay here. There are families living here long term which might explain the lack of interest by management to invest in its upkeep.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great shower, wifi & TV. Only stayed one night and didn't have time to use the health room or swimming pool. Dining options on site were negligible.

We have stayed at this property several times but this was not the greatest experience. The staff is very nice but the property is understaffed and maintenance is lapsing. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in well after check in time. Only one elevator is working (the same elevator was out of service the last time we stayed). There were no forks at breakfast and utensils were not replenished. As I look at other reviews, these maintenance and upkeep issues are known and acknowledged by the hotel but no action is taken, which is very disappointing.
