Not clean, very old. Did not feel comfortable there and the room smelled like smoke upon arrival and smelled fresh smoke all night long. Actually left early and went to another hotel.

The floors were super dirty and sticky that i had to go ask for a broom and mop so i could clean it myself. They gladly let me use it out of the maintenance closet. There wasn't even soap to clean the floor with. There is dust build up on the top side of the electrical outlets. Under the bed probably hasn't ever been cleaned. The first 2 nights the Marijuana smell was so bad in our room we had to have the window open.

Don’t stay here
I booked this hotel for my daughter and her 2 friends. My daughter just graduated that day from college and her friends were from out of town. When they entered the room, it smelled like heavy cigarette smoke, the window was wide open and the smoke detector was covered up with a bath towel. Not to mention the pillow cases and sheets had stains on them. This is a NON SMOKING room and it even stated you will be fined if caught smoking! Needless to say, they did not stay at this hotel.

Avoid this location
I checked in but didn't stay the night. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the cot-like beds were crammed in together leaving little walking space. Everything in the room was old, well used and it was just dark and dreary. Not at all like website. Very uncomfortable with the entire feel of the place. Did not feel safe. Apparently, I can't get a refund. Other locations may be great but this one was creepy.

My room had an odd odor upon entering. After a few hours of running the air conditioner, the smell seemed to be better. The traffic noise was very noticeable at night. The room was clean, but the hallways and stairwells were not. This facility showed signs of age and deterioration.

We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and polite. The outside of the hotel was clean, however we found the hallways and the room to lack cleanliness regarding carpeting. The kitchen floor was sticky. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and the shower curtain was moldy. The noise level above us (we were on the 2nd floor) was like elephants trotting around until after 3 AM. The back door going into the building was propped open with the outdoor rug on multiple occasions (we removed the prop everytime we found it).

We had stayed at this hotel before and although it’s an older hotel, it was convenient because of the kitchenette and cheap! However, this time was different. We checked into the hotel and found our room on the 1st floor, aka downstairs. As soon as we got down there, the smell was nauseating. The whole floor just smelled, funky? Just not a clean, welcoming smell. We get to our room and as soon as I open the door, there’s the bathroom. DIRTY. Sink, gross. Toilet, disgusting. Shower, full of dust and what-not and no shower curtain? THIS IS FIRST GLANCE. Go into the room, the bed isn’t made. Pillows on the countertops. DOG HAIR ALL OVER THE BED. Look down, cat LITTER, all over the floor. I mean, EVERYWHERE. The kitchenette was falling apart. Drawers hanging on for dear life, mold under the sink. It made my skin crawl! Here’s the BEST PART! We go to the front fest with our issue, THE HOTEL IS BOOKED. So now we’re screwed. Hotels.com won’t put us in another hotel because that’s “not their policy” and the hotel can’t do anything because they’re packed. Not only that, but the lady working the front desk immediately refunded us, leaving us with zero options. No one spoke to us, tried to help, NOTHING. Every room, was GONE and they left us high and dry with no where to go. I’ve yet to see a single dollar in refund… This was Tuesday. 5/30/23 and it’s now 6/6/23 and I have yet to see a dime! Never again!!

I want my money back
I got to the hotel after they confirmed my reservation. I walked in and was told they had no rooms available and didnt even try and help me. I called and got another room from hotels.com . After waiting 3 hours i finally am in a room. I am really disappointed and disgusted over this.

My non smoking room smelled like smoke so bad that it was unbearable. I can’t even be sure my sheets were clean because the bed and pillows smelled to. The vending machines were out of order. The bed was lumpy. BUT, all I needed was a place to lay my head at night which ultimately is what I had.

This was a nice area to stay at. Parking in front and back of property was properly illuminated. Friendly staff and a clean lobby. My only complaint was the smell of weed in the 3rd floor I stayed in. I didn't want that smell on my clothes!! Fortunately the smell didn't go through my door but only stayed in their room or hallway so I rested easy in the room. No noise to report as it was a nice and quiet place to stay at.

Loved the kitchenette. I’ll include pics of the meal we prepared in it with all the dishes provided by the hotel. Great location. There was a single hair on the shower wall but it was fine. I just got it with a piece of tissue. Clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t much. Muffins, oatmeal and nature valley bars. But it was a clean area and the coffee was good.

We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! THE NIGHT MANAGER OPENED OUR DOOR WITH KEY W/O ANNOUNCING HERSELF With an ACCOMPLICE @ 1:30 in the morning WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP!!! We ALWAYS BLOCK THE DOOR FOR SAFETY MEASURES. So when they opened the door- the chair CRASHED TO THE FLOOR WITH A LOUD NOISE. They ran away down the hall and to the lobby via hallway exit door!(THIS MEANS THEY WERE UP TO NO GOOD & WERE PROBABLY PLANNING ON ROBBING US OR WORSE!) Being we weren’t dressed to run after the PERPS- we called the desk to complain of the break in…. The night mgr said it was her that opened the door- supposedly there was a complaint of lots of noise( we were dead asleep at the time!!) then why didn’t she announce her self and stay at the door and tell us it was a complaint of lots of noise??? Because she was lying that’s why! We call the police to file a complaint about the break-in and when she heard that ,she threatened to throw us out of the hotel room in the middle of the night!! I guess she figured since we were 65 years old we would be afraid but she picked on the wrong people. Of course she had a different story for the police-said someone had called For help they had fallen in the tub. Well it wasn’t us that fell in the tub -another lie! in the morning we complain to the day manager, who did nothing about the employee that entered our room-Just said she shouldn’t have done that Likewise she shouldn’t have threatened us either! We checked out and left that horrible hotel!

Very dirty and smells like cigarette smoke. Have to drag suitcase up a spiral staircase, if older or handicapped, you will have problems. Front end staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great super friendly but the hotel needs an upgrade asap. Everything is old. The carpet in the room super nasty, it had red stains all over and the smell in the room was pretty bad. Weed smell everywhere. The stairs going to the parking lot very dirty.
