Too many kids, dogs, and drunk parents!

Pros: The parking lot to leave!
Cons: It is a hotel for grown ups!---Limit the number of dogs allowed to stay at one time!!--poop everywhere outside!
We wanted a one night getaway. I had stayed there several times before and spoke highly to my husband about the property, restaurant, and bar area. Unfortunately, there was an event close by and the hotel was packed with kids, dogs, and drunk parents!!! Truly ruined our one night. the only thing the desk clerk could say was the manager was "not available" and that this had been "going on all week" I am quite sure the drunk parents were not paying the $200/night we were!!!--very sad!!

Deluxe Rooms Are So Small

These are NOT deluxe rooms by American standards. The furnishings are average. It's just not worth the extra $$$.

Terrible view moldy dirty building need power wash and repainted no mini bar or refrigerator.

Not Impressed

Very small room with a terrible view. Upon checking in, we found that our room was only half way "ready". There was no hair drier or coffee maker in our room. I was also surprised to find out that wifi was NOT free at this hotel. We had so much difficulty purchasing a movie through the on-demand service on the tv in our room. Multiple calls had to be made to the front desk and when it finally starting working, the clarity of the tv was less than impressive. The jacuzzi near the indoor pool was absolutely disgustingly filthy. Also, we had a 10-15 minutes drive to get to any restaurants, shopping, etc. Positives: beautiful lobby, room service and fitness center.

Stay was mediocre

Room was ok. Everything is really old and kind of dingy. Also, there was a party and we had to call several times as hotel staff couldn't figure out what was going on

Nice hotel

The staff was amazing and very friendly. They upgraded the room and I highly suggest staying on the 7th floor. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it to go home. Will be returning.

amazing weekend getaway

wonderful hotel and spa, couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the weekend, but don't eat dinner at the steakhouse in the hotel. it was overpriced, the evening servers were horrible, and the food was tasteless. breakfast at the same place was impossibly better than the dinner.
