It was cleaner than I anticipated and the rooms were larger than expected. Some other guests were noisy after quiet hours started, but they quieted down eventually.

Our check in was a breeze. We were greeted with a smile. You could tell she was prepared and ready for our arrival! Great customer service all around!

Hotel was very clean. My car was vandalized in the parking lot and they had no cameras located anywhere outside. Front desk was very helpful with the situation called police for me and gave me supplies to get home with. Overall clean hotel and great staff but would definitely recommend cameras or security for the area.

Overall, good hotel and stay. My wife was not overly pleased with the comfort of our king sized bed but we have had worse. Could have been cleaner but also could have been much worse. 8/10

This hotel is in prime location for walking to events down town. I parked my truck on Friday and was able to walk to dinner, the football game on Saturday, and then breakfast at First Watch on Sunday. I will definitely stay here again next football season. There is also a good availability of Ubers in the area that stay out late.

Front desk clerk unkempt. No TV at all. Very boring experience. Found clump of fiber in bed with what appears to be a dead baby roach or bed bug imbedded in this clump of fibers. Bathroom floors grody, filthy with ground in dirt/hairs. I have photos of this. Won’t rest well for fear of bugs.

No one to greet us at front desk, had to ring a bell. Then someone game out of backroom, hurried us to get our room , then back in their back room. Breakfast was told it was at 6 am, didnt open until 645am. Had to leave when she was trying to get things out due to a meeting at 7am.

Property was clean, and room was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Was a convenient drive from Rupp Arena, and right down the street from Red Mile Gaming. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The A/C worked well. Miraculously the hotel was quiet even though it was pretty much booked full the night we stayed. Fresh coffee in the morning in the lobby. Had everything we needed. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff was very rude, our room keys would only work one ti.e then we would have to go get them recoded. Thw hair dryer did not work and we had to go down a request another one, which also did mot work, finally they go us a new one and it worked.

The room was run down and there were a couple gnats flying around all night. They were repairing the roof so at one point we had construction workers hanging out in the bushes outside our room. We’ve stayed here before and don’t remember things being so run down. I did tell management.
