Customer service was above and beyond

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a treat and dinner was a total surprise! Very yummy!!

I have stayed at a number of Hilton Properties and have never been disappointed until now. when we first arrived we were told to park on the side of the building and use our key card to gain entrance. The card reader was not working on the side door which required a trip back to the front desk at which point the desk person remarked Oh the card reader has been malfunctioning which meant she was aware of it. Strike one. upon getting to our room we attempted to watch TV in the main area of the room and the TV was'nt working. I called the front desk and was advised that the previous guest brought that to their attention and they comped her. No problem I was advised I would be comped on check out as well. I checked out today 06/03 and brought this matter to the front desk attendant's attention( Gionetta I believe) and she casually advised that I would be provided with a complimentary one night voucher for future use and that was that. After some thought I approached her again on checking out and inquired to what assurance I would have that I would be receiving this voucher and then and only then did she make an effort to make a record of it on the property's copy of my invoice.So I will expect to hear back either by E-mail or phone . strike two. We also advised upon checking in. last but not least the carpet in our room and guest chairs were stained. I eagerly await a positive response which would be the voucher promised to atone for this really negative experience.

I had rented two rooms for the weekend I stayed. I was unable to use the Saturday night room due to my father passing away. The hotel was very accommodating to the circumstances and agreed to cancel the room for Saturday night without any additional cost. I appreciated their kindness and will continue to use this hotel in the future .

Pros: The room was nice size and everything was updated.
Cons: I wish we could have had a queen size bed. I felt the bed was too small and was not comfortable enough. The covers could have been wider or longer.
Location: We were close to where we needed to be.
Our overall experience was good. The staff was good and the service was exceptional.
