Comfy hotel with kitchen and living area

Pros: Nice rooms and decent breakfast
Cons: Make sure the rooms are fixed up properly before letting guests in and honor the original reservations
The hotel layout is nice, but unfortunately the hotel doesnt seem to honor Expedia reservations. We had asked for a two queen bedroom and a pullout for our party of seven and they gave me a King and a pullout. So had to ask to be changed. They gave us the proper room but I understood why they didnt give that room in the first place. Toilet did not flush and the bath room door didnt lock. Would have expected better. To their credit they did fix it immediately though. The breakfast and the rooms were otherwise fine. I would probably not book these through Expedia as I think this is the second of the three hotels that didn't honor our expedia booking initially

Quality Hotel in Lexington, KY

Pros: See above.
Location: Access to I-75 and great restaurants close (Malone's, etc).
Exceeded my expectations! Great hotel value, large suite rooms, excellent complimentary breakfast, highway and restaurant access was good too. Will stay here again!

Pros: 平日晩は軽食が無料で出ます。
Location: 徒歩10分程度で最寄りのガソリンスタンド併設のコンビニに行けます。スーパーはTARGETが一番近いですが徒歩20分程度でしょうか?アメリカですので車がないとやはり不便ですね。
17日間滞在しました。設備も揃っており快適に滞在出来ました。北米ですので車がないと不便ですが、ホテルに対する不満はありませんでした。

Excellent stay

Front desk lady gave us new suite immediately when we complained about old smoke smell in first one. She said that they had been smoke free for years but the room would need to be re-done incl. replacement of ceiling tiles curtains etc. Bed very comfortable, room space more than enough good TV Breakfast was one of the best we had in any hotel. All in all highly recommended.

They had dinner free complimentary in the lobby and that was a sweet surprise. nice warm breakfast also. Love this Place!

Carpet cleaning and too much noise.

The day I checked in the carpets had been cleaned and notes were posted everywhere that the carpets were damp. The rooms should not have been used until the carpet was dry. Having wet feet was not what I expected. The hotel is very close to the interstate so close that you here trucks bracking all night long. I would not stay here again

THE ROOM HAD A BAD ODER TO IT. THE HEATING UNIT ONE SIDE IS DIRTY, THE TITE UNDER THE BATH ROOM SINK IS COMING OFF

Traffic noise

Make sure your room is on front side. This property backs up to I-75 and truck noise makes it impossible to sleep. Not a wink all night they never stop.
