Excellent until fire alarm

Our room, bed, bathroom, everything was excellent until the fire alarm went off at 730am. I had to drag my 2yr old with a fever of 103 out into the cold for nothing. Never smelled any smoke or anything. After about 10-15 mins the alarm went off and we went back to our rooms but no one ever came by and told us what happened.

Terrible House Keeping

Housekeeping is lazy, they just get things done. Did not clean the sink, not vacuum the floor and insufficient amenities. Tissue box always empty

Would stay again

Big rooms, comfortable beds, easy check in and out, friendly staff, great breakfast variety. I would say they could use more luggage carts. They only have 3.

Mixed bag.

I had good and bad parts to my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The problems were that the commode ran when it was flushed and the TV signal went off and on. The desk clerk, like almost every one I encounter, spent too long on the phone with someone while ignoring me standing in front of her. I think you wait on the person there and put the caller on hold. Maybe I’m wrong but it just makes sense to me.
