The hotel was fine but what we did not care for was, we had booked a four day stay, confirmed we were coming in, had a guaranteed room and they still overbooked the hotel. We had to go to the hotel next door for the first night of our four day stay. They guaranteed me they had called Expedia to obtain a credit on our card but when I called Expedia a week later they showed no call coming in from the Hyatt. Rather frustrating to say the least.
