Very comfortable

Pros: Attention to detail. Rooms were well appointed. Staff went over and beyond expectations.
Cons: Just keep up the good work!
Location: Close to the I-75. A great stopping place between Florida and Toronto.
Beds were very comfortable with new mattresses. Room was lovely and very clean. Hotel staff were just awesome...very friendly and compassionate for our travel weary foursome.

Pros: nice close to everything
Cons: billing held 130 for incidental items that seems in excess
Location: shoppng , UK
good stay every nice rooms new carpet and furniture very nice size rooms

Hotel staff super nice & professional.

Pet friendly but $75 non-refundable fee. This was not explained through my booking on Expedia. Not hotels fault.

Filthy Room

Pros: Free parking. Close to freeway. Liquor for purchase was inexpensive.
Cons: Our room was filthy. Carpets were heavily stained and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Front desk clerk was not helpful when I provided this feedback. Her response was that they were going through a remodel. The breakfast buffet was gross too. Coffee was very weak.

Needs some upgrading

Pros: Staff, room layout
Cons: Worn finishes and furnishing.
Location: Not much to do nearby, but plenty of restaurants within a mile or two.
Typical Hyatt Place, which means a nice facility with junior suite type rooms - they are a nice layout and comfortable. However, this particular Hyatt was in need of a refresher. Hall carpeting was stained and rather dingy looking. Coushions on the couches in the living area of the room were starting to look like pancakes. Staff said that the hotel will be starting a floor by floor renovation beginning after the first of the year, and it is needed. But the room was clean and the overall facility is still decent.

Pros: It was a complete disappointment. The room and common areas were not clean. The staff was very unprofessional. When reporting the condition of our room to the manager, his response was, "we can't get the carpet clean." You can check out now if you want.
Cons: It was filthy! The carpet in our room was disgusting. The common areas looked like they cannot been vacuumed or cleaned. The management just did not care.
