The room was very nice and very comfortable. The pool was closed it seems we get that a lot no matter where we stay. We choose hotels with a pool and inevitably they are closed for some reason or other. I would call ahead if that is a concern. That being said I would definitely stay here again- Breakfast was good nice variety but I do hope they get a waffle maker!

Shower arrangement is inconvenient and difficult to keep dry. Check in very good. They knew nothing about the gold passport program

The property was overall okay. The breakfast options were lacking the morning we checked out. The biggest issue we had was the noise. You could hear everything! We didn't get much sleep as it sounded as if the semis that were on the highway were right next to us. It rained that night and you could hear the continuous dripping of what sounded like it was in our room but it was run off outside our window. It was very loud!

The thermostat in the room did not function. I reported it to the front desk, they offered me another blanket. When I awoke the day of my departure, the temperature in the room was 63 degrees.

Convenient for getting on/off I-75 while road tripping. Check-in was quick & easy, accommodations were comfortable and the morning breakfast was very good. Very satisfied with our hotel choice!

Perfect location to many different restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was a minor issue when I requested a late check out and it was not recorded properly prompting a phone call from the front desk asking why we hadn’t left yet. But that was easily resolved. Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The room was really clean and nice. Really enjoyed the layout of the room. One of the nicest rooms I’ve been in for a while. Will definitely stay there again!!!!

Hotel itself has potential but insane noise of other guests and stink of marijuana in halls was too much. Barely slept and for what we paid it was very disappointing. Stay next door at the homewood suites instead. Much better.

Facilities need to be upgraded to the name “Hyatt”. Room was not cleaned while we were out and towels were not replaced. Front desk staff was great!

Please replace the beds.
My wife and I stayed for a couple of days of shopping and going to some of our favorite restaurants. The location is great it’s near shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and the room was quite large. Our bed was very uncomfortable. It was way too soft and offered almost no support. I spent the second night sleeping on a sofa. Please replace your beds.
