House cleaning is everything!

Pros: location
Cons: Clean it. Don"t put nasty fixtures back up on newly painted rooms.
Location: Close to great food, shopping, and interstate access.
As a "road warrior"..this location was not indicative of the Wyndham properties. Housekeeping staff doesn't match Wyndham's normal properties. I took photos of the "hairy bathtub" and the dirty toilet build up. I showed the photos to front desk manager and she was horrified. I feel she will attend to this problem with housekeeping staff. She was professional and said she would credit my card with 10.00. Not really impressive but a cleaner hotel sure would be.

Convenient to interstate mins from Lexington

Pros: Convenient to interstate, only ten minutes from downtown Lex
Cons: Pillows. Quieter AC/Heater
Location: We planned to stay there because it was convenient by car to Bourbon Tours, Horse Tours, Racing and not to far from downtown restaurant and night life
It was what we expected. Only complaint toilet whistled from rushing water when flushed. Pillows could be better.

Not what I expected

Where do I start regarding my experience with this hotel. For Starters the toilet never did flush right during my whole stay . There was broken tile on the bathroom floor, The Hot water never worked. I'm going to be nice and stop right here.

Pros: Good location just off freeway. Lots of all types of businesses nearby.
Cons: Need a waffle maker.
Location: already did
Checkin clerk was helpful in seeing things around Lexington. Knew locations of eateries and stores too. Good experience last year and again this time.

Close to Kentucky Horse Park

Clean,tidy,comfortable beds and pillows. Our room was quiet and lots of choices for dinner close by

Good for travel stop

We stayed at the Microtel on our way to Stanton KY. The price was right, the room very clean and well appointed for the price and the bathroom good as well. The walls were a thin and I woke up to my neighbors phone vibrating in the morning. Aside from the cleanliness of the room, the evening desk employee who checked us in was extremely personable, friendly and funny. She was great and I wish I could remember her name. Would stay again for the same purpose.

Disappointing

The room smelled like mildew and was damp. The floors and bathroom were dirty and it just felt dingey and gross.

Location: Just passing through on vacation so needed one night on the drive
Creepy guy on the computer in lobby all the time. Looked like he lived there and was surfing for a date on date match program

It was great I rented it to Study for a test final exam and I was not bothered by anybody in the hotel was just buy everything was great thank you .
