Stains on sheets, cigarette burns on bed and sheets. Really disappointed in this hotel. Staff was super friendly though.

Good value for the price

Room was worth the price. Paint was peeling in room, but clean otherwise. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was rude the room had no towels or wash clothes mildew on the walls of the room would never stay there again

Was a good basic hotel to sleep in for the low cost it was ... nothing fancy and met all my basic requirements at a low cost!

How could Expedia even list this property?

Paint peeling all over bathroom door in large spots. Carpets were fifthly, furniture is broken, chairs are fifthly, commode would not flush, door would not even lock, paint peeling on walls and door jams. Stains on sheets, wash cloth on vanity with hand towel was literally black from stains and ragged. It had holes in it. Tub had hair in it. Bathroom vent broken. Room was so horrible and nasty, I literally was scared of catching something. When we realized the commode would not flush, my husband went to front desk. The desk clerk was so nice and kind. She did try to help by giving us another room. But that room was one door down from the one we were assigned and the commode ran over when we tryed to flush it just to check it. It was no better. So my husband went back to the front desk, she gave him a plunger to see if that would help. It was blocked somewhere in the lines. The paper would not go down, and water ran in the floor. Needless to say this room was not better. We payed $91.00 Thur Expedia. How could Expedia even list this room and hotel? We were in Lexington, KY, because of a drs apt at the University of KY. We had to go the night before our appointment because we had to be there at 7 am. Just to keep from getting up at 3 am. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive. The breakfast was cold I tryed to eat the egg and sausage. I ended up just getting a carton of yoguart. and coffee. This room was a total rip off. Does Expedia even care? Let's see, if they refund? Yea right!!!!!

Guys in the next room smoking weed, with people coming & going - we didn't feel safe and didn't stay.

Dear John, We checked and verify each guest by following best hotel standards and we always inspire each guest to report any such activity if they found. Our staff are well train to deal with each situation so we believe that if you see something then say something. We do have round the clock live monitoring by CCTV and do have 14 LEDs which light up our entire property during night time in addition to 24 hour front desk. Hope you will consider staying with us!

This Hotel is nothing like the photos.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: They could start by cleaning the rooms and repairing the holes in the wall from removing previous furniture.
I stayed at the "Quality" Inn in Lexington, KY and believe me when I say it did NOT look anything like the pjotos. The room was dirty, there were holes in the wall, stains on the wall and door, and it smelled like someone had smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in the room right before we arrived. There were very sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot obviously smoking weed and in the morning after breakfast my father was propositioned by a "lady of the evening" in the parking lot.

Quick stop on way to destination. For the price we were happy. Huge fridge, free wifi and microwave!!

Memorial Weekend
