Room sells like cigarette

All staffs were nice and kind, but the room smelled like cigarette even though thats non smoking room. The floor was dirty.

Cleaning staff not doing their job

The first room we were given had not been vacuumed and had broken glass on the floor and a broken ironing board standing in the middle of the room. We requested and were given a different room next door. It had not been vacuumed either, the toilet had hairs on it, the sink had not been cleaned, and there were NO towels in the room. The man on duty was apologetic and promised the manager would be there in the morning to talk to. However, the next morning, the manager wasn't coming in until 10:00 and we could not wait. The women working that morning promised we would be called about an adjustment in what we had paid for the room. We booked through Expedia, so that complicated the issue. 36 hours later, we're still waiting for that phone call.

The room smelled bad, sheets were dirty, tv was poor and had no toilet paper when we first got to room. We will not stay at this chain of hotels again

I needed a quiet place to study this fit the bill butt you get what you pay for. The room rate was low and the quality match the price

we had to change rooms 3 times

Pros: that they had smoking rooms
Cons: all around service and employes
Location: good location
we changed rooms 3 times and by that time it was midnight, room 1 was nasty, room 2 had no air and finally room 3 was ok. the clerk was very upset with others and took it out on us. It was not our fault that others had been disrespectful. Room service was hateful. They told us someone had been taking things which had nothing to do with us. Pool was closed once we got settled. Check out time was 11 am and they were they knocking on the door at 9 am. Very unhappy with our stay

Hotel is in desperate need of renovations!

Hotel staff was very nice. However, the room was in terrible condition. The dressers were all scratched up and very old looking. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off and the fan had a good layer of black dust on it. The room had a musty smell to it. Also when I closed the door black finger prints were all over the door. The pool tiles were broken and looks like they painted over cracked cement. I was very disappointed in this hotel! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Conveniently located and great price.

You can't beat the location of this hotel: close to town and just off the bypass loop. It also offered a real breakfast (hot egge, sausage, waffles, fruit) which is something you usually do not get at this price ($60). The HVAC system was annoyingly loud, however, and could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, I would stay again without hesitation.

Quick overnight turnaround

For a quick, overnight turnaround, this hotel is perfect. Check-in was super quick, the staff was very friendly, and the bed and (hot!) shower were very nice. This is an older hotel so there were some stains on the carpets and some of the wallpaper was peeling, but if all you're going to be doing is sleeping, this is the perfect place.

Gets the job done

Overall, you get what you paid for. The only disconcerting part was the gentleman at the front desk launched a tirade on his dislike of immigrants and his stance on the current election, while I, an immigrant, was trying to check in. Aside from that, decent experience.
