Only 2 problems, key stopped working and the microwave didn't work. They couldn't replace the one that we had. Offered to move us to another room but that didn't make much sense.

I’ll preface my comments with stating that there were two girls lacrosse teams staying at the hotel while we were there. This partially accounts gif the noise; however there was a loud and verbally vulgar argument in the room next to us the first night of our stay that lasted until the early morning impacting our sleep. The most significant issue; however, was the apparent lack of customer service focus of the staff. They treated us like more of an inconvenience to be dealt with rather than an opportunity to create a positive experience. Lack of transportation was also an issue for us. Upon request, the hotel provided two contacts for transport; one of which was a disconnected number and the second did not respond.

While the property looked a little tired from the outside, once you stepped inside, there was a lot of attention placed on creating a pleasant and comfortable environment.

Curtain in room was messed up meaning it was apparently missing the rod to pull it closed on left side. Room 116 Lighting is terrible in the bathroom...not very well lit; so hard to see putting on makeup. Otherwise, room was fine
