I liked the convenience of the location, it wasn't right near restaurants/busy congestion but there were several other hotels nearby. I liked the staff, who recommended a great restaurant for dinner and the pool was great. Our room had paint peeling off the wall and it was definitely dusty/dirty under a bench and behind the room's chair. Bathroom was clean and the beds were cozy!

Don’t stay here
I had to pay out of my own pocket due to the name of the hotel changed. The rooms are smoking and stinks of smoke. People were nice but hotel needs major renovations. No hot water for shower and water was brown.

The staff was amazing! Over and above. We felt like we were being welcomed home by family. They treated my kids with respect and kindness, had treats and love for my dog. We had a great time!

About what you would expect. Nice but nothing special. One knock - the desk clerk at check in was nice but I had to wait about 2 minutes at check in for her to wrap up a clearly non critical personal phone call on her cell phone before she even said hello - as a former front desk clerk, I can tell you that is unacceptable.

Worst stay ever. Do not stay here!
It was terrible. Room smelled like smoke, no maid service half the stay and loud barking dog next door. When called to complain the staff was very defensive and not helpful.

Was nothing like on website. Seemed like it was in need or a refresh. Carpet looked new however the place smelled musty and the bedroom floor (4th floor) felt uneven. I asked for a refund because did not like the place and have not seen one yet.

The hotel continues to go downhill. One elevator was put. The other groans when you use it. My room smelled strongly of smoke. The rooms are dark. It just keeps sliding.

The first room they gave me was on the first floor. It was damp and musty. It was so damp the sheets even felt damp. I also looked up at one point to see one of the staff taking a smoke break outside my window. They were staring straight in my window and moving their head around to get better view of different parts of the room. The translucent window sheer was drawn so I walked over and whipped it open. The creepy woman just waved at me. I moved to a different room. It smelled like cigarette smoke poorly covered up by some industrial air freshener. This hotel allows pets for a fee so I also had the pleasure of listening to dogs barking on my hall. I guess the owners left their dogs unattended in their rooms or just didn’t care. In summary, this place is kind of a dump.
