Nice and convince

I had an great experience with RedRoof Inn. It was quite and clean and easy to get to the highway and downtown as well. I would most definitely stay here again. Hands down.

Clean but definitely not luxurious.

Posted Jan 28, 2017
I forget that many Red Roof Inns are a motel format. I got what I paid for: a cheap hotel room for one night. My room was a handicap accessible room(why it was so cheap I guess) which I like for the roominess, but along with that, it was on the first floor, opening right out onto the parking lot. Not a safe feeling for this single traveler. Not a bad stay, and I did get what I paid for!

Worse hotel ever

Posted Jan 9, 2017
11 degrees outside, key card wouldn't work when we came back Thursday night, they gave us another room and never apologized, we didn't get our stuff from our old room til the next nite, and our heat quit working in new room, we paid for three nights but we left and didn't get a refund, or even an apology for standing in cold for hours!

Last stop before home

Posted Dec 18, 2016
Pros: Peaceful. Met an interesting rancher who was passing through.
Cons: It was all good!
Location: Close to but not in the middle of Lexington, Kentucky. Plenty of food choices.
My wife and I had just about finished our cross country from southern West Virginia, down I-40 and west, north on Route 89 to Moab, and then east on I-70. Lexington was our last stop before heading home. Room at the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ate supper at a nice Italian restaurant nearby.
